Can any Christian out there give me historical evidence of the Jesus that is portrayed in the Bible, outside of the Bible? (Not just any Jesus, the miracle-working, water-walking, sin-forgiving, cross-dying, Super-Jesus)

Would you agree that every sin imaginable is a result of man trying to be his own god and worshipping himself? Its all about man's pleasures, desires, ambitions, success, wants, needs, etc

In other words man has placed himself on the throne of his own life.

(I am not asking if you believe in God, I am asking if you agree that everything man wants in this world from the poorest to the richest is to please himself at the cost of anyone and/or everyone?)

Here's how I'd live mine: I'd kill my ennemies who tried to kill me before they could kill me. I'd never get married but I'd do my best to enjoy sex everyday. I'd never say hi to people who mistreat me.

If you're bi sexual but don't have sex all the way through life but still have romantic relationships will you still go to hell?

I'm bi. But I plan on NEVER having sex with either gender.
So if I have relationships with males and females but never have any type of sexual relations with either will I be sent to hell after death on earth?

Before you get the wrong impression, I am a Christian, but just trying to work out some doubts. Please tell me, how de we really know the early Christians didn't just make up these accounts? I would prefer logical and historical input, not so much of "Because the BIble says so" or "Because dear brother!! Jesus loves you and would never lie to you!!!". That last part was alittle painful to type. Why would the early Christians "make up" the gospel accounts? What would be their motive? Give me some sort of proof (logical, historical, archealogical, whatever) showing that we CAN trust the Gospel accounts and that they are not false.

First of all there is no proof of God...so lets just go on to the real meat and taters of the question.
Meaning if you had some unquestionable proof as to his existence would you be angry with him?

heavy question alert.

but i really do wanna know a bunch of perspectives of what all you guys think.

anyways:

my idea of utopia would be a world where people have differing ideas, but still allow others to believe in them. meaning not everybody's the same, but these differences don't lead to conflict. the world would be peaceful, and ideas would flourish.

do you think that there is no way in the world that all of this could actually happen? will there always be people who are genetically determined to want to fight?

i mean, i know it couldn't happen.

i just wish it could, and want to know if there is any hope at all for some possibilities.

i don't know.

From time to time I have seen questions like "Atheist do you not beleive because you are angry" which seems a little silly but kinda got me thinking.
There really isnt proof of God, just faith really.
So I wonder if faith has your blinders on. Meaning if there was proof of God would you be angry with him about all the injustices of the world...of your life. As a human would you be content with the "God works in mysterious ways" answers to your burning questions or would you want t a more detailed explanation?
Honestly I think if God's existence was proven then there would be less followers...what are your thoughts?
