Although the rapture is physically impossible, I'd like to know what you think about the video and the topic. Thanks.

Rapture: If the chosen ones were gone what difference would it make how long it took?

(Matthew 24:21-22) 21 for then there will be great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world’s beginning until now, no, nor will occur again. 22 In fact, unless those days were cut short, no flesh would be saved; but on account of the chosen ones those days will be cut short.

(2 Peter 3:5-7) 5 For, according to their wish, this fact escapes their notice, that there were heavens from of old and an earth standing compactly out of water and in the midst of water by the word of God; 6 and by those [means] the world of that time suffered destruction when it was deluged with water. 7 But by the same word the heavens and the earth that are now are stored up for fire and are being reserved to the day of judgment and of destruction of the ungodly men.
In the same way as the flood? the globe was still here only the wicked were gone.

(2 Peter 3:13) 13 But there are new heavens and a new earth that we are awaiting according to his promise, and in these righteousness is to dwell.
A cleansed earth.

The video is inaccurate try passing that off to Christians that are getting killed in Darfur or in Islamic nations where they are actually getting crucified they will probally take the video and burn it as trash cause it doesnt depict the reality that American and most Western Nations have had to deal with not yet anyway.
As for the topic the timing of the"rapture"event is after the great tribulation the last 3 1/2 years of the 7 year tribulation.

The rapture theory was started a little over 200 years ago and is not biblically based. The people who invented it were taking several verses out of context and creating a new doctrine. When Christ returns to take His Saints, it will be like the lightning traveling from East to West and every eye will see...the trumpet will sound and the archangel will shout...it sure will not be a secret.

The rapture will happen AFTER the Tribulation, not before. The "Left Behind" books are popular but bad end-times theology. Check out the first link below for a verse-by-verse look at what the Bible says about the end times.

I was sent that in my email. I believe it. I believe it is the best representation of the "rapture" that I've ever seen. A bit sickening when the remaining people accepted what happened. I mean as in...you can almost read their minds..."I didnt believe it. It was true. My opportunity is over."

That doesnt mean getting on their knees was all for naught. Just that the "rapture" will spare believers of the chaos to come. Those remaining in the auditiorium will suffer living through the worst of times. They know, and thats why they're on their knees.

Wow. What a powerful video. My thoughts? It's the truth and it's what I believe.

I must correct myself after doing some research. (Thank you Pastor Chad to bringing this to my attention) This video is inaccurate. It tells nothing of the tribulation first. The video makes it appear that the rapture is the first thing that happens. It is not. The tribulation occurs before the rapture, at the last trumpet, and so does the ressurection of the dead. The scripture clearly says that the tribulation will happen first before Jesus comes to gather his elect.

Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Mar 13:24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
Mar 13:25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.
Mar 13:26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
Mar 13:27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

While this video does have a powerful effect, it is still sequentially inaccurate. If the rapture were upon us, the pastor would not be preaching as if everything was as it is now.

I am not christian so I do not believe in the "rapture." Because of this I won't be following your link to view someone's interpretation and what they think they will experience.

BUT I do know that a person hit by lightning will not necessarily die! Many do not! My grandmother was hit TWICE and she's still here....86 years old and healthy as a horse and just as stubborn as a mule!!!

Watching it just about broke my heart for the people remaining in that church. Dear...nothing is impossible for God. One day believers will be taken out of the world, and it will happen in the twinkling of an eye, just as the bible says. Jesus said to pray to be considered worthy to escape the coming tribulation that will be visited upon the earth. Surely I do pray that.

I know that when Jesus Christ comes for his church it will happen like that it is in Revelations, Are you ready for Jesus Christ?? I know that the church will be taken up and the ones left behind will be here to suffer the wrath cause they chose not to believe and didnt do what they were purposed on earth to do. If you dont read I advise you to read Revelation and let Jesus christ speak to your spirit. Ask the Holy Ghost for Revelation of his word and he will tell you much
