I would hope that if god was proven, then more people would seek his love and grace.
I know that people do blame God for injustices, but He has chosen to give us free will, and these same people I am sure would not want God to run their lives like they were puppets.
So we either have to face that we as humans are responsible for what we do, or we can ask God to take away our free will and intervene in all the bad things that happen as a result of free will.

If religious people are asking me to live my life based on what they think their god wants and based on their reading of an ancient book or what their preacher says, I'm going to want some evidence that what they say is valid, or I'm not going to believe in their deity. Humans have invented thousands of gods, so why should I believe in yours? "Nature" and creation are not evidence of a god existing. If someone says he loves me, well, he can provide evidence of that through his actions. So if I'm sick, he can run by the store and pick up a few things for me that would make me feel better. We spend time together. We care for each other. I can believe my boyfriend when he says he loves me because he has ways of showing it. Now, I've never been to London, but there are maps and photos and every indication that London is a real place and I could go there if I were so inclined. And I would likely return from London with photos and stories, etc. I could go to almost any city in the world and verify that it exists and then come back home with photographs. There are no maps of heaven or hell, much less any plausible images. Furthermore, according to you guys, heaven or hell is a one-way ticket. So yeah, if you tell me I need to believe in your god and live my life a certain way or I'm going to your hell, I want a little evidence that you aren't blowing smoke.

Someone said once "a God who would let us prove his existence would be an idol." To believe in God, one has to ultimately make a "leap of faith." As to injustices, God created us with the ability to make choices, with free will. Just because God doesn't intervene doesn't mean that God doesn't have compassion for those who suffer. Some theologians after the Holocaust asserted that God is most present with those who suffer, and that God does feel pain and sadness in solidarity with the hurting.

Lee Stroebel was an atheist, examined the evidence, came to faith and wrote books like Case for Christ and Case for Faith.
C.S. Lewis was an atheist and examined the evidence and came to faith and wrote many books including Mere Christianity.
This is what he wrote of his conversion "That which I greatly feared had at last come upon me. In the Trinity Term of 1929 I gave in, and admitted that God was God, and knelt and prayed: perhaps, that night, the most dejected and reluctant convert in all England. I did not then see what is now the most shining and obvious thing; the Divine humility which will accept a convert even on such terms. The Prodigal Son at least walked home on his own feet. But who can duly adore that Love which will open the high gates to prodigal who is brought in kicking, struggling, resentful, and darting his eyes in every direction for a chance of escape?"
Ernst Boris Chain (Nobel Prize in medicine) said "The principle of [divine] purpose ... stares the biologist in the face wherever he looks ... . The probability for such an event as the origin of DNA molecules to have occurred by sheer chance is just too small to be seriously considered ... ."
Prof. D. Barton with his Nobel Prize Chemistry said "There is no incompatibility between science and religion... Science shows that God exists."
Even Professor Antony Flew the former atheist (30+ years of speaking as an atheist) that had debated men such as C.S. Lewis recently said that the latest biological research "has shown, by the almost unbelievable complexity of the arrangements which are needed to produce (life), that intelligence must have been involved."
I grew up believing alot of liberal and atheist info. and after examining the science, archaeology and psychology came a realization that much of that other stuff was bunk and the Bible was reliable. I have seen lifes changed, results of prayers and people live lifes completely changed by faith! I am just happy that he loved us as much as he did and gave us the one way to be saved and didn't chuck the whole bunch of us in hell and start over.

There is enough evidence that he is real and exists, go look at both sides for yourself and make the decision. Evidence can lead you to the door but puttin your faith in God and following Jesus is opening that door and walking in.... Go see if there is a door you want to open for yourself!
"Now is our chance to choose the right side. God is holding back to give us that chance. It won't last forever. We must take it or leave it." - C.S. Lewis.

Although I can't physically see him, I do believe he exists. And, if he were to appear be for me, it would just reinforce that all the years that I spent believing were well worth it.
As for your statement about injustices - God is not associated with anything evil. That is the devil. The bible does not guarantee that life will be problem free. So, why you would assume that God should make our lives perfect and utopian is quite flawed. In fact, being a Christian is very difficult.

Faith not based on fact is fantacy... for those of The True Christian Faith, God is The Fact.... each one of The Faith has had a personal encounter with God. It is knowing The Fact of God that is The Foundation of our Faith in what he has for us individualy.... as for "proof"... no mortal can prove God to any one... the proof you seek can only come from God... When He wants you to know The Truth He will let you know... you, of course, will be free to reject it... but you would be foolish to do so.... If you have a question concerning The True Christian Faith fel free to email me... one honest question will receive one honest answer to the best of my ability... just do not exect me to prove God to you... as I said... I can not.... but I know with absolute certainty that the God of All of creation is real.

We believe in Jesus being God by His teachings, miracles and disciples legacy. All factually documented historically. So therefore there is proof of Gods existence. How many times does it have to be said that the Bible is a historical document that only non historians reject.

i disagree...i think those who believe will still believe...there are a few 'show me' types who would change their minds and START believing-how many is anyone's guess...
as to being angry with God...no, not really-the vast majority of the injustices in this world are caused by people

You do not have the proof because you trust your feelings and not God. I cannot help you if you do not see it, but if you let Holy Spirit to help you to see. That really makes the difference. Our faith is not blind.
I would follow Him with less or more proof.
