I think Mc Donalds would be better (or just not eat for a while).

Unless you can trace the fish back to a school or family it is difficult to know.
Did the fish have any ID ?
If not forensics may be necessary to get a positive ID and cause of death, or at least fish prints.
From there you should be able to check for any history of criminal records that show a pattern of malfeasance.

OOOh puuullleeeeze! Fish is very good for your brain, in terms of brainstorming and sharp thinking skills. It has to be cooked right! Unless you have some certain food allergies?
