Would you marry someone who isn't a virgin? I would feel more incentive to marry someone who was raped just in case society looks down on her. I would marry someone who lost their husband. As for someone who indulged in sex, I would marry them if they have asked for God's forgiveness and repented. Now I'd expect the same from the girl, only to marry me if I have repented. This question applies to both genders, this is not just a male's point of view. Now that I have cleared some things up.
What are your thoughts and opinions? Please this is not an attack, I just want your opinions.

The 1st commandment states.

"I AM THE LORD THY GOD, THOU SHALT NOT HAVE strange gods BEFORE ME."

Why would THE GOD be worried about other gods if no other gods exist? Is it possible that there are multiple gods fighting for the loyalty of humanity?
Even if you argue the fact that god did not want man to idolize material images, who can prove what is a false god and what is not?

Why would God need genes? Why would God need lungs? Does God need to breathe? Or eat? Does he really need a mouth for speech? And given that he’s omnipotent, why would he need hands? What are hands used for if you can fashion the universe in an eye-blink?

There are some views put out by the church that maybe everyone doesn't agree with. I can't think of all the examples, but a Catholic friend of mine said he never liked the idea of purgatory.

I'm mostly concerned with the views on gays. How can the Church declare homosexual acts a sin? And why? Aren't you supposed to accept everyone?

I firmly believe in my Savior Jesus Christ and his ability to perform miracles, but it seems as if my faith is weak when it pertains to myself.

In Exodus 3:21 God tells the Israelites: "Ye shall not go empty."

Then he tells them to borrow valuables and clothing from their Egyptian neighbors, and give the stuff to their kids, just before leaving on their holy exodus; and God says "So ye shall rob the Egyptians."

Question: Why is God telling the Israelites, not only to rob the Egyptians, but to do so deceitfully?
Breaking at least one of the ten commandments that God should have known he was going to decree unto them?

Bonus question: Okay, church people, is this the god you worship?

I often look at life like college, how we live on earth effects where we stand in the after life. At least in college we know from the time we enroll when e are graduating.

Would you live a better life if you knew the date you graduated from earth?

I think if I knew from the time of birth when I'm leaving, I would be more determined to accomplish rewards that effect my eternal life.

Several books in the Old Testament contain various teachings about what people should eat, wear, do, do not do, etc.

Some, like the 10 commandments, are totally relevant today. But what about scriptures that say that you should not eat certain animals, or that your clothes should all be made of the same material? Are things like that at all relevant to you?
