People misunderstood my question, for me it's acceptable if she was raped or married previously. I'm talking about a person who indulged in sex.

You will let your law of the word out weigh the Law of your heart. You can be a stiff legalist and that is ok. You can wait for a virgin and if one is suppose to come into your life she will. Stick with it, but you may pass up someone who was intended to be your mate for life because you were so ridged about your beliefs. I was fortunate to find a person at a young age who was a virgin. Now that was about 41 years ago when people has less promiscuity. Now a days, it seems very exceptable to not be a virgin. I say if you are convicted to your faith that you are not supposed to marry someone unless they are a virgin, then you may not be happy unless she is. Hope you get one!

Of course, she is still a human being, and we all have circumstances in our pasts that we sometimes regret. (Also, what if say for example she did not lose it voluntarily, or had it taken against her will? Or you are dating someone who was priviously married, and lost their spouse to a war or some other tragedy?) Personally, I think the important thing is if the two of you are, and stay, faithful to each other as well as the vows you take. I mean, a wedding night can still be a special and blessed evening, especially if it is still your first time being together intimately as a married couple.

I would marry a non-virgin if I was in love with him, regardless of the imaginary 'big sky man'(god).

But I plan on abstaining. No sex until after marriage for me. =D

But do you know how hard it is to find someone who is a virgin and isn't under 9 years old? Really hard. Good luck finding a wife!

EDIT
I just remembered something. What if she was raped? Was that her fault? Does she have to ask got for forgiveness for being raped? If so, please dump you *** in the nearest active volcano.

Yes, and I did. Of course, I'm not exactly virtuous either...and I wasn't a Christian at the time, so perhaps the situation would have been different if I HAD been a virgin and a Christian.

And exactly how would you know that they weren't, unless you did the de-virgining.

I do warn females about marrying a man who has been with several women in the past. A woman does not have to tell the man that she had his child and can wait up to 23 years to file a retroactive child support order. Depending on the state, his wife will also have to give up 10% of her income. I had a Navy commander in San Diego get hit with $85,000 retroactive for a 14 year old he didn't know existed. In Michigan, a 27-year-old man had to pay 15 years retroactive child support to the woman who molested him when he was 11.

I believe all three of my husbands were not virgins when we got married and I notice you said only if"she" has asked God forgiveness. What difference does it make a she is no worse than a he, and I can gaurentee none of my Exs did that before I married them.

By all means she would have to ask God to forgive her and leave that life in the past...And if I were a guy and I loved her and she loved me yes, what happend in the past is the past, and when you get married it is a whole new life....Everyone makes mistakes and we learn from our mistakes or should anyways...

Imagine a 40-year old man who loses his wife as a result of illness or fatal accident. A man of that age seeking a new partner would be unlikely to find a virgin of his age group. Your question appears idealistic and unrealistic

I hope you are just talking about those who have not had sex before marriage.
Everything depends on God. Read Hosea.

Sun what do you mean by this statement?
''religious laws like that were written because men were/are so hung up on virgins''. God likes morality, hence virginity.
