Has anyone else's 360 pictures been "unavailable" for a long period of time? Its been about 2 weeks for me.

Okay, so its "Yahoo is unfair" day. I've caught the spirit. Free Laptop Jesus.

the same question but no one will give me an answer. Why won't you show me a fossil of a lizard that's front appendages aren't legs but aren't fully developed wings yet either, or some similar fossil? If evolution is fact they must exist literally by the thousands if you have millions of fossils to choose from which you claim prove evolution.

By the grace of God? That nothing we can do can get us to heaven, and nobody is good and no one seeks after God (Romans 3:10) But that it is only by the grace of God through faith we are saved? (Ephesians 2:8)
Jesus Christ is the only way truth and life and no one comes to the Father but through Him (John 14:6)
We cannot earn our way to heaven, Jesus Christ was the one sacrifice, so that those who believe, and repent of sin would have eternal life, be born again and washed clean of sin....we are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, which is Jesus Christ!
Do you think if you do "good deeds" this will give you a ticket to the kingdom of Heaven?
John 3:3 says "Unless you are born again you cannot see the kingdom of God"
--That is to be born again of the spirit of God, washed clean by believing in Jesus Christ, and putting your trust in Him. He is the only access to the Kingdom---He is the only one who can forgive us our sins! He died on the cross and rose again for our justification!

Sin was brought in by Satan.

A lot of people would like to say God "set Adam and Eve up", but that is so far from truth.

With Adam and Eve, the question you should be asking is why didn't they just obey? They knew God created everything, so his abilities were evident. So why didn't they simply obey was he said. It wasn't about the fruit, nor the tree, nor the garden. He could have said the same about the tree of Life. They disobeyed - plain and simple.

I see many blame religion for the evils in the US and the world, murder, starvation, war, slavery, bigotry, and injustice in general.

We are the foremost nation in the wealth of its citizens, we have a very low hunger rate the average American throws away 450#'s of food every year, low birth mortality, high lifespan, even our homeless live better than about 90% of the worlds population, high literacy rate, huge number of people with post graduate degrees, not to mention the saftey of our citizens, our employment rate runs 4.5-5% almost constantly.

Many claim that we are the most religious country in the world and because of that we are also the most violent.

I've seen people on here say that our high prisoner rate is because we are too religious, could it be that we are just a society that doesn't tolerate evil in its midst?

My opinion, we are all of these things, both good and bad, because we are a very free society and as such we have people who are very good and very bad.

Who do so many people who are adamantly atheist read and post Q&A in a forum about religion and spirituality? I respect other points of view, and understand the ones who are legitimately curious about faiths and other beliefs.... but that's not everyone. Some go to every single question, and say "because obviously God is not real..." or "because religion is for idiots" or "there is no evidence that God exists?" If you really believe it, why keep saying it over and over, as a generic answer to every question?

I am looking for real reasons, not being rude.

I mean, I don't believe in the Easter Bunny, but I don't constantly post on Easter Bunny message boards.

Does it mean that they could not be good priests simply because they have a family? Could they have some priest by choice that want to be celibrate and some who want families. Aren't we all, in a since married to God by our obedience to Him. I don't understand? I know about the wealth staying in the Church instead of going to the family of the priest if he died reasoning but is this really necessary today?

I read yet another question and resulting thread of answers, full of christians shrieking about the ONE BIG IMPORTANT SIN: homosexuality.

They ignore so much of the rest of their cult text; the many, many other rules and tenets which, if they followed them, their lives would be so inconvenient and practically unlivable, they'd all fall to pieces. They have practically institutionalized divorce, against the words of their jesus-myth, and of course, ignore the tenet requiring women to shut up in church, in 1COR 14:34-35, but they rationalize that, too.

But this one gets me. One guy wrote: "And finally...the Bible says of itself..."ALL Scripture is inspired by God"...so it is God breathed."

Amazing -- the brainwashing and indoctrination that goes on... When someone can read a book, the authors of which have never been authenticated and cannot be authenticated, you take it for wrote fact. WOW!!

Does hate control them? Is hate why their ignorance and hypocrisy is so deep?

He said he was, but so what? Anybody can say - "I'm one too." The claim alone proves nothing, except perhaps pretension of grandiosity.

Paul claimed to have had a personal chat with Jesus on the road to Damascus, but today we would more likely call it an epileptic fit. Anybody can claim to have talked with God - Joan of Arc, for example, built a career on it.

Certainly Paul was a heavy-hitter, and the most influential architect of Christianity until Augustine of Hippo. He was brilliant and well educated and successfully bridged the gap between Judaism and the Greek world. He showed the strength to face down Jesus' appointee, Peter, at Antioch.

But "an apostle"? Who says so? Why?

That all people will go to heaven---and you say you also believe that Jesus is the Lord of all ( if this is you) and if you believe this, then how can you explain His death and resurrection on the cross? I mean why would He of had to die and then be raised from the dead, if all were going to heaven?
His death would of been in vain. He did this to save us right? So do you understand what being "saved" is? Being saved from something right? We are saved from sin and hell, being separated from Him eternally---what do you think we are being saved from? This has always boggled my mind as to why some believe everyone goes to heaven, and yet they still proclaim Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Just curious~

It warms my heart to see Jesus' love and teachings expressed by his followers. Doesn't it make you want to be saved right away?

Adam and Eve were told not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, which means they did not yet know these things...so when they were tempted by satan they only believed him out of innocent stupidity or being naive, in order for it to have been a sin they would have to have known that they are doing is evil but they couldn't know that because they didn't eat of the tree yet, so how and why was this considered a sin if they were only mislead and it wasn't their fault or intent in the first place to displease God? Wouldn't a God of pure love and understanding forgive them knowing they were naive?
