We live in a 4 family home that was recently sold. The new landlord who moved in last month lives over me on the second floor. She loves to tell everyone that she is a born-again christian and asks everyone "are you saved" and gives out little pamphlets about Jesus. I do believe in Jesus but I do not go to church but I pray and live a good honest life with my family. SHE RAISED MY RENT FROM 950.00 TO 1,500.00. SHE PUT AN ILLEGAL APARTMENT IN THE BASEMENT FOR HER BROTHER WHO HAS HOOKERS DOWN THERE AND SMOKES CRACK AND USES MY WASHING MACHINE. SHE TOOK AWAY MY PARKING SPACE. SHE WILL NOT REPAIR ANYTHING. HER KID RAN DOWN THE STAIRS AND PUNCHED THE WALL AND AN ANTIQUE THAT MY WIFE HAD FELL OFF THE MANTLE AND SHE SAID "IT IS NOT HER PROBLEM". SHE WONT EVEN TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE. YET SHE RUNS AROUND WITH HER BIBLE. SHOULD I SHOW UP AT HER SUNDAY SERVICE TOMORROW AND GIVE A TESTIMONY ABOUT HER BEHAVIOR???

Should human beings be told they should have never been born?
It is not the same as a believer telling an unbeliever that if they do not repent they will go to Hell because it still gives them the right to exist but, to say to someone they wish you never existed? What do you think about that?

Jesus taught the road to salvation is narrow and few there be that find it, while the gate to destruction is wide and many their be that enter. What did he mean by this? Is there one true path, one true way? One true God, or many? How do we find him when their is so many different religions and beliefs? Are we condemned if we never find the right way, if there is a right way? If there is a God, does he simply desire us to transcend whatever sphere we are placed into, not attaching ourselves too tightly to any one belief.

According to CARM ( Christian Apologetics Research Ministry ) it is their underlying belief of faith that :

"The Bible is the Word of God, and that its original manuscripts are free from errors and contradictions. It is the one and only infallible, authoritative, and trustworthy rule for faith and life."

Do you think that having this as a staring point in their " research " equips them to come to honest and open conclusions based on logic and reason ?

Is it arogant to use this term to refer to those who do not believe as you? I have seen this used to refer to Atheists and those who are not Xian, I would have to conclude that it is being used in a degrading way.
But would it not also apply to creationist, who do not believe as many sciences have proved our evolution? Are they not the true "Unbelievers"?

I think the classic idea that many people have is that when they die, they will (hopefully) go to heaven, where they will again be with loved ones. Husbands and wives who were separated when one died on Earth will be reunited.

But according to the Bible, do you continue your marriage in Heaven?

I was listening to someone today who said that this would not be the case. He said that the Apostle Paul has something to say about the matter. Paul supposedly says that in Heaven there are no husbands and wives. I am guessing that the implication here is that everyone is the same to each other in heaven. But I am not sure.

Can anyone clarify this for me? And if you know where this is found in the Bible, I would love to know what book and verse, as I would like to read it.

Thanks.
