if religion didnt exsist, if religion had never been thought of? What would today's society be without a religion of some sort?

What no wars, no one knocking on your door on a Saturday and Sunday, no nuns - aw, I would miss nuns!
But wait!!!!
NO church wedding, to make your bride feel that extra bit special!
No christening party!
No funeral wakes!
No more funny Irish Catholic priest jokes!
No, I am an Atheist, but people need religion, for now!

No 9/11, no crusades, no inquisition, no stupid arguments about evolution, no honor killings, no suicide bombers, no Jim Jones massacre, no Crucifixion (of Jesus anyway), no Holocaust. On the flip side;
No Cysteine chapel, no Notre Dame cathedral, no Christmas.
I'll trade you Easter for the Holocaust.

Nothing. Because there is only one and true living God and he made everything. Religion is something you do religiously or daily so you should love God daily and have a personal relantionship with him.
