According to CARM ( Christian Apologetics Research Ministry ) it is their underlying belief of faith that :

"The Bible is the Word of God, and that its original manuscripts are free from errors and contradictions. It is the one and only infallible, authoritative, and trustworthy rule for faith and life."

Do you think that having this as a staring point in their " research " equips them to come to honest and open conclusions based on logic and reason ?

No, CARM is by far one of the worst sites to go to for information about any religion, they twist, misrepresent and just plain make up things.

Open and honest? Don't know. I suppose they believe what they are saying, even though it is nonsense.

CARM is a bunch of professional rationalizers. Since the Bible is so full of contradictions and errors, this is a full time job.

For Christians, it is the most accurate apologetics web site around, or atleast one of the most. I haven't been there in a while though, but with what I've seen from them in the past is that they are biblically true when talking about theology and doctrines, and there stats on other religions are pretty up to par too.

rather, uncomplicated and open-no question. "in line with good judgment and reason", nope, on no account. yet based on the perception that the unique manuscripts are unfastened from errors. in the event that they in line with "good judgment and reason", then who's good judgment and reason do you opt for? some one ought to logically reason that in line with some scholars (scoffer) (atheist) (evolutionist) artwork that area of the Bible is incorrect. then you quite could be ineffective interior the water. If we are able to no longer initiate with the "assumption" that God is quite "GOD", then why could we initiate.
