How did God decide and figure out how to build DNA?
I mean, there are only 4 base pairs in DNA and look at how different we all are....also look how many different creatures there are...how did he know how to design us like this?

Assuming there is a god, which I doubt, doesn't that mean that the vast majority of religious people are praying to the wrong god? Everyone can't possibly be right about who god is.

Bishop Usher was the man who stated that the world was 6,000 years old. I believe that he was introduced to "Funny Mushrooms" because only someone who was completely out of it could come up with something like that

The Clovis culture is thought to be twice as old as your version of Earth's history. There's no evidence that radiocarbon dating, done properly, has ever been off by a factor of 100%

does anyone in the lost think this is true?
people waste their time, energy, money doing different things for their religion which are useful but not essential. i mean going to ur temple every sunday where u meet ur freinds and relatives and do not involve any intimacy with god, celebrating festivals lavishly forgetting the essence of it, reading and murmuring texts from holy books without knowing their esoteric meaning and doing other rituals u really dont know the base of which.
i mean their is no mystic part to our devotion today. the concept of loving god is limited to very vey few.
do u think , we are more into religion than into god
DONT TELL ME god and religion are one thing, they are not

The book of Exodus, Into the Wilderness

Their main goal is to go to heaven and thats all they can think of. And if they try to be nice, it's only because thye want to go to heaven. They just can't genuinely be nice for the sake of being nice and helping others. They need a reward such as heaven, otherwise they see no reason to be nice.
We are all selfish to an extent. It's a survival instinct but why do religious per se, think they have the authority on morals and ethics, when their main goal is built on selfish motives.

Lets try a little division:

God = God

Jesus = God plus Man

Jesus / God = 1 remainder Man

Let's try it with the trinity
God specifically stated he is neither man nor the son of man

God = God + Holy Spirit
Jesus = God + Man + Holy Spirit

Jesus / God = 1 remainder Man.

Hmm.

Why do I not hear Muslims every day in all parts of the world , especially here, protesting the insane behavior of the radical Jihadists. If Christians (I am not one nor am I sympathetic) suddenly became infected with this kind of fervor and wanted to launch a new holy war like they did in the crusades and bring harm to the general Muslim population. Issuing threats like "Behead all non believing Muslims now", most Muslims would cry out for good Christians to denounce this hate speech. Were is your voice now? If you answer please don't offer an ignorant rant about paranoia. The German population could have stood a bit more paranoia regarding that little guy Hitler. I'm sure the thousands in the Trade center were not paranoid enough, etc. If you are a self loathing American who's family has enjoyed the peaceful existacne at home for generations on the blood of our brave young men and women who are willing to take the fight to the enemy, don't speak. You are only ungrateful children.

Why does it seem like people are happy to send someone, anyone, to jail, or even to death row, innocent or guilty, long as SOMEONE is paying for a crime that was committed?

Do you think that people would think differently, if they were the ones being accused?

Why do you think people judge others so quickly, when it's so plain that everyone has a fault of some kind.

Who is to say what fault is the worst. Aren't they all bad? Why can't we all just get along...
