A Sanskrit poem praises women like this:

Bhojyeshu maata .... Like a mother while feeding

Shayaneshu Rambha... Like rambha(personification of beauty) while sleeping

karanesu mantri..... Like a minister for advicing

Karyesu Daasi....... Like a servant helping in my duties

Kshama eva dharitri. Like earth when it comes to patience

Why, if God didnt want Adam and Eve to eat the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge - why did he bother CREATING it inside the Garden of Eden then? I mean, how many of you parents out there tell your children to avoid drugs - but leave joints lying around the house? Or, to avoid sex, but leave pornos lying around the house??

To me, this demonstrates that God certainly had a plan - to deceive mankind and fool him, so that he could then blame mankind and cast them out of the Garden.

For an omnipotent guy, couldnt he have just skipped a few steps and simply created us as unworthy sinners, rather than creating us as being perfect then tripping us up so he could blame us?

(this is a repost - last time, I got very few responses, all agreeing with my point.)

Chapter 7 speaks about a child, born of a virgin, who grows up eating curds and honey.

Chapter 53 speaks about a servant who grew up like a root out of parched ground whom everybody hates.

How can Jesus be both of them when they seem to contradict each other?

While I know a little about this branch of Christianity, I would like to know more. What is the doctrine of their church? What traditions do they follow?

I was told they directly follow all the precepts laid down by the Apostles but I'd like some more clarification.

How can any prophet in the past be a Muslim ?
Jews are strictly into the Hebrew religion of Judaism. A ‘Jew’ is defined as a person, of the Hebrew religion of Judaism and of Hebrew parents {especially the mother}. It has to be a combination of both – Judaism and Hebrew parentage. Seen in another angle; a person, cannot be a Jew and also a Muslim at the same time.
There is no such thing, as a ‘Muslim Jew’ or ‘Jewish Muslim’.

I had an incident where I was hurt and blasted by someone in an e-mail and this was in regard to my high school renuion.

How can I forget the past even though I fully given it to God? What are good godly ways not to take people and things not so personal and to heart? When does one get true deliverance from the past?

I have noticed that most people demand that you respect their religious beliefs. I’m cool with that. Why then do the same people not respect other people’s choice of not believing in their faith? Why do religious people speak of their faith as if it were fact and get indignant when someone brings up the possibility that the big bang theory and evolution actually make more sense than the bible.

I am in the midst of an annulment, what cost are inccured?
I am in the process of RCIA classes and I have been hearing things about this costing money, mind you NO ONE has come out and told us that this would cost any money at all. From what I am reading, the cost is based on your income and or ability to pay, will the church request our financial documents to base our cost on? I am hearing it is about $700.00 and both my hubby and I are seeking annulments and we just can drop $1400.00 on this. Why does it even cost money to join a church, and this on top of all the blessed paperwork that we have to do and the waiting. Why is it so hard to join the Catholic church?

COMPLETE. There are 2 aspects to the Lifeforce, we understand as the
masculine and feminine. Our spirit is made of both. But Life takes on predominantly masculine and feminine characteristics at the many levels
of Reality.
This is due to a polarizing effect. The outflowing force pulling one way. And the inflowing the other.
The Serenity Prayer is a good affirmation for balancing these opposing forces
of Creation within us. But don't expect perfection. The best we can hope to achieve in an imperfect world is to learn to be flexible!
