If islam is spread by the sword and it was such a bad thing than why is democracy being spread by the sword.

Oops did I say SWORD I ment by the GUN since we are now advanced in the killing of human beings.

WHY is spreading by force so bad when it comes to others but not when it comes to democracy and the west.

This organization that says they are so knowledgeable, trustworthy and above all correct, is the same one that over the centuries has killed hundreds or thousands of people by torture, they've stolen many millions of dollars, they don't admit there mistakes and continue to act irresponsibly, such as the most recent behavior they operate under which is child molesting and sex within the organization. They are a complete joke and a bunch of hypocrites.

I decided to watch footage aired in Islamic countries, and I saw several where Muslim leaders preached terrorism against "infidels" and where thousands of muslims gathered to chant "Death to America"...yeah I don't see where the -peaceful- is in that. And you can't tell me this is a minority when these fanatics come in the thousands.

And you needn't turn the question around and ask me if I have any evidence it ISN'T the word of God, cause I don't care -- you people are the ones with the big belief, and everything riding on it.

What is your evidence? Don't be shy to admit it's an emotional thing if that's what it is. Let's be honest here.

I've always considered myself Christian. I believe in God and that Jesus is the son of God and our savior. However, I don't believe in literal creationism, original sin, or the idea of Hell -- I think that life continues for the saved but not for the unsaved. I don't believe in the endtime prophecies per Revelation. I have prayed about these things and feel strongly in my heart that man has corrupted these ideas in order to instill fear and gain control over people.

It has been brought to my attention from several other Christians that I am a hypocrite, that not accepting all of these things means that I have not accepted all of Christ, so I must not be saved. I know that it doesn't matter what other people say, only my relationship with God ... but its very hard when you want to be involved and fellowship with others who do not understand you and see you as being fake.

Is there anyone who has experienced anything similar? Any advice at all?

Why do you allow the Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas to protest at the funeral processions of killed servicemen?
Shouldn't everyone protest the Wesboro Baptist Church?
What kind of a religion would destroy the sacred funeral procession of servicemen that have fought and died for their country? This church is no better than the terrorists this country is at war with.

Muslims are always accusing Christians of slandering their prophet. I've read about how his little wife was really of age. ok.What about the murders, beheadings for mocking him, his admonitions to kill infidels, etc. etc. etc. How can they be denied?

They are only human like you or me! Why is it that when you know they have done something intentionaly to cause you harm, and you confront them, they act like you are crazy for confronting them! As if they are Gods themselves! Well I hate to bring the disappointment to those who think that just because they annointed they can do whatever they want: I think I have the right to confront evil preachers. Whether they are a Pastor or Bishop or whatever is completely irrelevant. You don't decieve people for your own personal gain and try to indirectly force poor people out of the congregation! If they are all about money then they need to be removed from the platform. You can't be afraid of these people because they say they are "annointed"! Anyone can say that. Sorry! lol......... I've had some terrible experiences with a man who called himself "annointed"! Be he is out of the church now because he tried to run off with another man's wife! This guy was a very evil man! recently while staying at a hotel i woke and saw what at first i thought was the guy working with me sitting on the end of his bed, after a moment i rellized it was a female form she stared at me and i was frozen with fear it felt like she was looking right into my soul after a few seconds i screamed at him he sat up and saw her all the sudden she was gone and the room smelled like perfume. have you ever seen any thing like this? why can i not get her out of my head?
