recently while staying at a hotel i woke and saw what at first i thought was the guy working with me sitting on the end of his bed, after a moment i rellized it was a female form she stared at me and i was frozen with fear it felt like she was looking right into my soul after a few seconds i screamed at him he sat up and saw her all the sudden she was gone and the room smelled like perfume. have you ever seen any thing like this? why can i not get her out of my head?

i don't remember what the this thing was called i think its called sleep hypnosis but the symptoms are that you hallucinate as in see things that aren't really there like ghosts you can't move and you feel something like someone is sitting on you and you have heavy breathing which explains why you smell perfume
back then British women encountered the same symptoms and they called it old hag an old lady sat on their chest
hope this helps you were only half asleep and half awake and you were probably having a nightmare

I was sleeping in my room, and I looked over at the door way and I saw this woman and she was whitish just like standing there, staring staright at me. I was frozen with fear I couldnt even move I just closed my eyes and made sure I didnt open them. I was so scared. I am still not sure if I actually saw a ghost..it may have been my imagination since i was so young- a toddler.
