Tell her about God has given women a beautiful and wonderful body that is complex and should be considered a gift from God, that we should not abuse or misuse it in anyway. Explain to her that the pleasure between a man and wife is sacred in the eyes of God. I used the Temple of God as an example, explaining to my daughter the outer court, which is public, the inner court which is reserved for family and close friends, and the Holy of Holies which is reserved only for the High Priest, the husband and God.
Also I explained that defiling the temple could lead to serious consequences in her body, as well as spiritually.

Heb 13:1 Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters.
Heb 13:2 Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
Heb 13:3 Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.
Heb 13:4 Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.
Heb 13:5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,

just explain the consequences of sex ... disease, heartache, life problems that can stay with u for years... do the warning thing then it comes down to her choice .. nothing good comes from sex out of marriage except a few moments of ecstacy then its pay the price for a long time ... of course its wrong in Gods eyes but its more of a warning that its going to hurt you physically emotionally and spiritually ... most people choose to learn the hard way but again , the choice is ultimately going to be up to her ...

How about skip the bible and go with the facts.
Tell her what being pregnant is like, the physical, mental and emotional things that come from it.
Tell her about the things guys will tell her just to get some.
Tell her how hard it is to be a single mom.
Tell her how hard it is to try and date when you have a child at home

The bible isn't going to have any of that in it..

Tell her how you handled that particular problem when you were her age. Then tell her how you feel now about the decisions you made when you were her age.. "Honesty is not just the best policy, it is the only policy that works (in the long run)

don't bring god into it. That'll just make it more tempting for her. Just tell her that she should respect herself and her body by waiting to have sex until she finds the man she is going to marry, because then it will be better for both her and her husband. This way neither of them will have to worry about STD's or pregnancy.

Think back to what Jesus taught. He said the Truth shall set you Free. And also, do not worry about what to say, that the Lord God shall bring to you the words that are needed when the time arrives.

Yet in order to Know what to say, you must not Fear what to say. Do not Fear. For Fear is not Love. Only when you are Love, do you cast out Fear, and Only when Fear is cast out, can you Know what God is Saying.

Trust me .

My mother told me, "Don't have sex unless you're in love, or he's really, really good-looking. Protect yourself because if you leave it up to him, you'll be knocked up before you know it, and don't catch any diseases."

And that was the talk. I figured out the rest on my own.

Ahhh, a fountain of wisdom was me dear old mum.

Why dont you just try the practial approach? She may just not take the bible very seriously. I would give reasons like

-You dont want that guy to tell his friends youre easy
-You dont want people to think youre a slut
-You dont want to be broken afterwards
-You dont want to regret it.
-You only have one body
-You dont want to get STDS
-You dont want to be a pregnant teen
-You want to have an education first
-When you get married, your husband is going to be jealous that he didnt get to do it first
-Its going to haunt you for the rest of your life if you did it with the wrong person
-Its dangerous and irresponsible
-Youre going to regret it.
-Its stupid.

Theres tons of reasons outside the Bible. Just practical considerations.

Good luck!

Tell her why it's not a good idea until she's married. Have her do it for herself instead of for a god.
