Thanks to this site, I've finally found out when it's okay with God to stone my whole family to death.

Some Christians will say, "You KNOW that God exists but you pretend He doesn't." And then some atheists will say, "You KNOW that God doesn't exist but you pretend He does." I'm sorry when did people become mind readers?

The complexity of the very first fossilized life is impossible to have begun by chance, and there is absolutely no fossilized record of anything simpler existing previously, i.e. "Self-replicating RNA polymers"
Also, Millers experiment and subsequent experiments have only produced amino acids. Proteins are not produced and the fossil record again bears no evidence of large amounts of amino acids, proteins or any thing that could be construed as a building block of life. There would have to be huge amounts of these for the cell to have even a remote chance of coming to be without divine intervention.

Jews trace their heritage to Jacob, son of Isaac, second son of Abraham.

Christians trace their heritage through the Jews to the same God of Abraham.

Muslims trace their heritage to Ishmael, first son of Abraham.

Aren't they all different manifestations of the same monotheistic religion and don't they worship the same God?

If this is true, why, then, all this animosity?

Islam or Christianity gives women more rights ???
1- Divorce---- islam gives that right to the women---christians adopted that in the last 60 years only.
2- Ownership-----islam gives her the right to own ----christianity only in the last 100 years
3- financial independence from her husband and the right to have her own money and any money she inheritance from her parents----in christianity the husband have the upper hand on her own money.
4- Islam does not acuse Eve that its her fault---its joint fault

and a lot more ----so why ppl thinks other wise ???

Okay in my last question I posted the "teaching"s of Athiesm from American Atheists Org. and I got blasted for asking if they were indeed what you teach. I am just trying to understand why you all tell me one thing then you give me references that say another. I know you all don't beleive the same thing. No two groups of those of faith do either. I am just trying to reconcile what you all are telling me. This group perports to represent you. I am just asking if they do. Here is their "creed" the link is http://www.atheists.org/visitors.center/because.html

We Are Atheists Because...

* There is no proof of the existence of god.
* There is no need of, or use for, a god.
* A good god would be useless if it were not powerful.
* A powerful god would not deserve worship if he were not good.
* There is no all-powerful good god; otherwise there would be no
imperfection.
(I will post it all in just a minute)

I am into Kung Fu as much as it is in me, somewhere we are one, my self and my "merit master." I see into my mind the reflections of my primary thought, by stilling my thoughts like calming the waters of a pool until I can see the reflection, I open doors with my breath. I see the reflection of my mind with my breath and I am happy and full of peace. My breath becomes the string of the kite that is my mind and the wind is the thoughts that I control with my breath,. No, this is not the string theory !
I was told by Christians that this is all evil. It totally made me reevaluate Christianity with a suspicious mind, indeed good thing!. It had me fooled.

Okay, so there's this car, the latest Mercedez Benz car. Very expensive, but very slick and full of all the protection system, state of the art breaks, everything that could possibly keep you safe from accidents.

Unfortunately, the driver is a moron who doesn't know how to drive.

So he bangs the Mercedez againts the wall at a very high speed, he and his car is crushed.

So who is to be blamed here? The driver or the car?

Now let me fit this situation to the world right now.

The car is the religion/belief,
The driver is its follower.

Do you judge a car by the car itself, or the driver? A lot of people regardless of their religion or belief hates, mocks and insults the other religion just because some follower is either a jackass or a moron, and thus rejecting it rather than understanding what is truly right and what is wrong?

For example, why claim that all Muslims are terrorists while only a small faction are into terrorism? Why claim all Muslims are violent?----

The original founders of the U.S built this country on the motto "In God We Trust" why is it that many people who are the descendants of these people no longer share that same faith of their ancestors.
