He thinks to himself "tomorrow I know I will smite the firstborn". When tomorrow comes, if he does not smite the firstborn, then he was wrong yesterday. So he has to do it. The same goes for every act he will ever commit. How does god even have free will in that case?

a sexually transmitted disease called HPV. Do you think this is stepping over parental consent or do you think this was a wise decision?

I personally think this would be more appropriate before entering high school...

Your thoughts?

Since christianity is a death cult.
What else do you call a religion who's be-all and end-all is a battle where all life on earth is extinguished?

A religion where if you don't like your life, just sit on your ever-expanding backside and wait to die, the magical candy-land called heaven will be much better. No need to better yourself or the world around you?

On the other hand, Atheists live for the NOW. We love life and all it has to offer, even the setbacks. We cherish our friends, our families and the world around us. We KNOW there is no afterlife so we make the best of this one.

And that, is what has christians angry of course. They cannot stand the idea that someone is happy without belonging to their childish, bronze-age cult.

The right answer that is proven is: Life is proven, we are a part of it; We have a Creator of Life and humanity! 100% Proof.
Therefore, all a person has to do is create a Private, Direct, Divine relationship with Our Creator, thus eliminating religion and their corruption, lies and deception. Soon, we will eliminate religion and Save our children Souls! That is the Will of Our Creator and Our goal in life.
Ask your religious leaders to prove what they want you to believe, and since they wouldn't be able to, tell them their "religion" is Not a Spiritual source, but a worthless attempt to steal your Soul, Heart, Mind and Life from you.
religion is the castle in the sand that eventually crumbles into the sea!
remember........... christians invented the devil and hell, so there they shall go............................. lol @ religions and their falsehoods that are so easily exposed by the Truth, Universal Truth!

there are few questions you can answer and know which are you going to..
1. Have you lied?
2. Have you stolen?
3. Have you disobey your parents?
4. Have you stolen something that belongs to someone else?
5. Have you use God name in vain?

If you say no mostly... then you might go to the Heaven for sure.
If you say yes mostly... then you might go to the Hell for sure.

What do you think of a god that allows eternal torment for babies that had no choice? If they didn't go to Hell, then why did he drown them in the first place?

If we imagine no God, it is terrifying. I see what a lack of moral direction begets and it is not pretty. I think a better imagination would be a world where everyone loved God to the point that they put aside their own petty wants and just did his will. Do you agree? (Being that there is a tribute going around to John Lennon, this should get a few remarks)

Now, do not say that the song does not talk against God but just religion, because it does. It says "nothing above us only sky"

I mean if they ever pass a bill on Gay marriage is that going to prevent you as Individuals from getting into heaven? You guys already know what God thinks about it so why not just let everyone be. You know everyone has free will so why do you guys care so much? What are you all so afraid of?

then apparently they really don't need an earthly life to move on to a better one. So why does god make everyone live the earthly life with all of the bad stuff that can happen to us?

Recently a story in the news told of a woman who scammed almost $1 million from 22 of her neighbors by telling them that a CIA satellite would scan their bodies for disease and that agents would sneak into their homes in the night and adminster the appropriate drugs to cure them.

(Read the story here:

Would you recommend skepticism regarding such claims?

Why not turn the same skepticism to the claims of religions?

In Japanese comics (both contemporary and historical) the characters sometimes say "Kamisama"...
So I wonder... when non-Christian Japanese people invoke 'kamisama' do they mean:
1- one God (and if it's one, which one?)
2- several deities/gods
or what else...?^_^
