If you look in the front of your Scofield Bible, there is a list of the contents and the abbreviations for such. It may give an explanation. I can't remember what it stands for. I can't find my Scofield to look it up myself.

Just another name for the Book. You rarely hear it said now, but 50 years ago it was quite common.
