~Magic is not of the devil. Magic is of Gods creation and of God. If magic is being used to harm people and for personal gain and evil doings, then the magic is evil magic. If it is used to help people and bring good luck and boost ones spirituality, it is good magic. This is the kind Jesus used.

Magic does exist - you don't have to 'believe' it. And, it works whether you believe it or you don't. Magic that is not condoned in the bible is that which is manipulated against Holy Laws! All the miracle-type things in the bible are magic or magic like. You don't 'believe' that Immanuel performed such, you accept the fact that they are true. Raising the dead, healing the sick, creating a lot of food out of near to nothing, teleportation, getting up in the spirit, seeing things beyond the ordinary sense or seeing, hearing things beyond the ordinary sense of hearing, the list goes on... These are things that many of us wish we had the magical skills to do aren't they? Spells? They are done all the time. In a way a lot of advertising is like a spell. It certainly meets many of the requirements. Don't think so? Then consider how many people are going to go into debt for Christmas this year that is based on on a Santa Claus Lie! And, it is like they are spellbound to do it. What to do is recognize that many of the things about the christian views of magic are deliberately manipulated programmed ideas away from knowing the Truth of such that The Most High actually wants for people to have and KNOW! For example, do away with the idea of 'faith'. No where in the bible does GOD require it! He requires that you KNOW! Do away with the idea of 'Jesus Christ' because the 'Jesus' idea is something that did not exist until 1349 - that's when the letter 'J' was invented. Obey Holy Law and recognize that God's truth does not change! Therefore, attending church and treating Sunday as the Sabbath is a violation. The Sabbath was and still is Friday Sundown to Saturday Sundown. God is not a respecter of persons. Therefore, the requirement to write your OWN copy of Holy Law is still a requirement that isn't ONLY for the Jews. When you get through the idea that many things are programmed so that people are not obeying Holy Law, then you can learn such wonderful and magical things that are very natural and of natural talents. For all this and so much more, read The Anointed, The Elect, and The Damned! There are instructions for some very wonderful and magical things. The Clairvoyance instruction is a very simple one that you can do and try right away. You're not confusing at all. The benefits are very clear. The risks are too. The risks REQUIRE that you be responsible for your actions.

I apologize that you feel this way, but I must say, you are completely misguided. For an example in the bible of the difference between miracles and magic, you can look in Exodus 7:8-12 at the account of Moses and the Pharoah. Jehovah God told Moses to tell Aaronto throw his rod down and prove to Pharoah the powers of Jehovah God and when he did it miraculously became a snake. Then Pharoah called his magicians and scorcerers to do the same. But Aaron's snake ate the others proving that the power of Jehovah God was more powerful than any power of any one else. As you may have guessed, Aaron and Moses's power came from Jehovah God and was called a miracle while the Pharoah's magicians and scorcerers powers came from magic, which originates with the devil. There is a huge difference. Miracles performed throughout the years have always produced good results while the practice of magic has always produced rotten results.

What is your reasoning behind your statement? How can Jesus' miracles be compared with magic? Miracles are not just another word for magic...miracles are what we call something we don't understand. Magic is what magicians do...illusions and slight of hand. Do you know any magicians that can bring people back to life? Do you know any magicians that can cure people of AIDS? Your statement is basically the same as saying you can buy a brand new car with Monopoly money; make orange juice out of apples.

"Easy answer: Miracles are of God. Any other magic is not."

Wow, does that not imply 1st, that God's miracles are magic, but ok because they are of God. And 2, that magic is real. And 3, that people can perform magic like God.

I'm not saying that any of the above are correct, I am looking into what that statement implies.

And voodoo and witchcraft are not just used to evil things. I wish people would not make generalizations like that. They can be, but OFTEN times are not. Many wiccans use witchcraft, and they are often times anal about not affecting other people's will and hurting them. Check out threefold law if you don't believe me.

On another point, what makes an action evil? The person, or being that did it? Since it was Eddie that did that, it's not evil. That doesn't make sense. What the action was? Or what the intent was behind it?

In ancient times, Gods had both evil and good aspects. In the same God. And the people were ok with this. Destroying the world in a flood and killing everyone but the people they liked? Judge the action by the action. Yeah, that's evil. And ya know what, it's ok. God shouldn't be any less of God to the people that believe in Him, because you can admit he had a dark and a light side. Just own up to and be realistic about your god's actions.

Jesus (Isa- Pbuh) is not Evil. For all the miracles he did or other messengers did, the source was the almighty Allah (One almighty GOD). Magic can be a trick or extreme use of brain power( also a gift from Allah). I believe magic is not beneficial for human species.

Western psychology speaks of one system called
"collective unconscious". There are actualy three such
systems. In Yoga terminology of Patanjali, they are
known as Adhi Atmika system (human collective psychic
energy), Adhi Daivika (higher collective psychic
energy) and Adhi Bhoutika (lower collective psychic
energy). Higher collective psychic energy system is
connected with the influence of planets and other
celestial objects. Belief in astrology is universal,
all races of the world believe it. Lower collective
psychic energy system deals with the influence of
Elements of creation like Earth, Water, Air, and Fire
and all beings which are lower than humans.

If a person influences another person through words, we
do not call it extra-ordinary or para-normal. But it
works through human collective psychic energy system.
Miracles come under higher collective psychic energy
system, and magic (or witchcraft) comes under lower
collective psychic energy system. Hence there is a
clear cut distinction. A person can become an expert in
using any one of these systems.

So because jesus did these "Miracles" by walking on water, turning water into wine, and healing the sick, he is considered gifted, yet...say I put my hands on somone and they're healed instantly...I have performed magic which is evil and from the devil. Something doesn't make sense here!!!
