that just seem ridiculas to me

What if someone in this day and age said that just like the writers of the Bible that God had spoken to them and had a message for everyone and insisted that God wanted them to add their conversation to the Bible, would it be hard for you to believe?

If you would find this hard to believe, then I think you at least have a better idea of the skepticism that atheists have. After all, if God is there and used to talk to people, it shouldn't be all that hard to believe that God would do so again if you really believe God did so in the first place, right?

Is it that much trouble? Why does everyone believe that their holy book is right? Why can't you keep it to yourself? Y'know what, I'm an Animist and my sister is a Muslim, and we don't attempt to convert each other! I believe we all should have the right to believe whatever you want, but when people get militant about it(i.e. Creationism, Jihad in cases), we ALL suffer. Hehehe, done ranting. Alright, time for responses! ^_^

What if some body created a reality tv show that had people form different religion and different beliefs come under on roof and live together/

Its not your lack of intelligence, Its not your smugness, and its not even the fact that you all wear graven images around your neck. The (atleast for me) IS you have a God before God.
