The are logical attacks of "literal" interpretations of the bible which are simply pointing out contradictions (such as the two completely different ways Judas is described as dying; handing himself or disemboweling). There are scientific aspects which point out how the "literal" timeline of the bible is contradicted by vast amounts of geological, tree-ring, radiological, biological, and astronomical data and evidence already gathered.
I suspect that there is no mathematical claims, other than logic.
That said, these are not attacks by scientific or mathematics, but by people using that information. Science nor math say anything about religion, only the real world. If you take something in the bible to say something specific about the real world, then that may be at opposition to evidence produced by science.
Only the literal interpretations of the bible are subject to attack though, and only when someone sits up and wishes to point it out. Metaphorical and allegorical interpretations of the bible do not suffer from these problems and are outside the domain of science.

Isaiah 40:22, "It is he that sitteth upon the CIRCLE OF THE EARTH. 'science' didn't rediscover Ptolomeys 150 AD observations (written LONG after Isaiah) that the earth is round until the early 1500s when Magellan sailed around the world
Job 26:7, ". . . and hangeth the earth upon NOTHING." Written over 3500 years ago
Psalm 8:8, ". . . whatsoever passeth through the PATHS OF THE SEAS. After reading Psalm 8:8, Matthew Maury, a U.S. Naval officer, set out to locate these curious "paths in the seas." He discovered the oceans have paths which flow through them. He became known as the "pathfinder of the seas". How did David (the writer of Psalms) know, over 2,000 years ago, there were "paths in the seas"? David probably never even saw an ocean! HOW DID HE KNOW?
Ecclesiastes 1:7, "All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again" This wasn't known until Galileo in 1630
Leviticus 15:13, "And when he that hath an issue is cleansed of his issue; then he shall number to himself seven days for his cleansing, and wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in RUNNING WATER
Job 38:19, "Where is THE WAY where light dwelleth?" How come Job didn't say where is THE PLACE where light dwelleth? Because light is always moving. How did Job know something in 1500 B.C. that science didn't find out until Einstein? (my fave; it really didn't make sense @ the time to say 'way')
Ecclesiastes 1:6, "The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again ACCORDING TO HIS CIRCUITS." How did he know something that the aerologists and meteorologists are just now discovering?
Leviticus 17:11, "For the life of the flesh is in the blood." That's the most accurate, scientific statement ever written about the blood! . It wasn't until the early 1900's....
# The Bible describes the circulation of the atmosphere.
Ecclesiastes 1:6
The wind goes toward the south,
And turns around to the north;
The wind whirls about continually,
And comes again on its circuit.
# The Bible includes some principles of fluid dynamics.
Job 28:25
To establish a weight for the wind,
And apportion the waters by measure.
The fact that air has weight was proven scientifically only about 300 years ago.

If the universe is only 6000 years old, and stars can be proven geometrically to be millions of light years away, and light can be proven to take time to travel, there is no possible way that the light from stars millions of light years away could have had time to reach earth. Furthermore, the light of the stars were seen in the earliest parts of the bible, so those stars had to be existing long before the dawn of man, which according to the bible was only a few days difference.

The parting of the red sea comes to mind. I mean its a huge area and it just parted and let them pass? Thats scientific. Have you ever figured out just how large the ark would have to have been? thats mathematical. How many years from Adam to Jesus? Lots of things to check out. How did that dry old bush out in the wilderness keeping burning while God laid down the law to Moses? And thats not even talking about the virgin birth -definately scientific.Johns mother was how old when she birthed him? All kinds of stuff!! Interesting question.

There is nothing in math or science that "attacks" the Bible.
Math and science stand on their own, open to change as evidence of errors or misconceptions are brought to light. Prove that there is an error in a concept or theory and scientists and mathematicians make the changes.
Those who believe that every word in the Bible is the literal truth despite verifiable evidence to the contrary naturally feel as though they are under attack.

The Earth was created in seven days.
Snakes are able to use advanced communications with people.
The world was covered in Water for 40 days.
People can survive in the belly of a whale.
There is a tree tall enough for a person to see all of the earth.
The list goes on a lot further but I am tired.

How many of you were here 6000 years ago? How many of you were here 100 years ago. What we learn in our history books are just stories told by others. So too the bible. We have faith that what we learn out of the history books is true but not the bible? The faith of Christians is just that, faith based on the Bible.

Scientific theories, facts, findings or laws do not attack the bible, but some of them make the myths included in the bible sound funny.
these include fields like astronomy, biology, archeology and more.

There are none. Science and mathematics are methods and disciplines that approach the world in as non-judgmental manner as possible. They assess evidence and, in the case of mathematics, proofs. None of these attacks the bible in any way whatever.
If you look at the evidence for science and the "evidence" of the bible, you may find them incompatible. Any conflict between them has to take place in your own mind though. Science is mute and blind.
