I think it would be interesting to see what percentage of people decide to change their beliefs and how many stay with what they are raised on.
The younger the mind, the easier it is to influence and i think there are a lot of people out there who believe what they do because they can't break out of their mold their parents poured them in. Of course, I understand that some truly have shopped around and stuck with their choice, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the latter is less common.

People who are raised on a given religon that;

Stay? [Consider other religons, but stay?]
Convert?
drop religon altogether?

This is a quote by Spritwalker to a recent question, I hope he wont feel its being taken out of context - "At best, science is a series of guesses. They want us to think they have the answers. Everytime they come up with a "fact," it changes a few weeks latter. YBIC."

Science doesn't go on guesses, it goes on evidence - experimental data; if there is new data that doesn't fit with a previous model or hypothesis, we must revise our ideas. Use new theories to explain the universe around us. Is this so awful? He said it changes after a few weeks - well it changes for the better. Is it so awful to admit humans are imperfect and always have more to learn? Doesn't humility make us better?

Would you rather be wrong for a few weeks, or wrong for 2000 years?

Then how can a scientific experiment be repeatedly proven?

If it is chaos there would be no stable laws.

If the "what" is unintelligent, how does it remain stable? How does natural processes remain stable with no guiding force?

I always feel that Palestinians have the right for an independent state and they have the right to live peacfully like all other world peoples. However, I was shocked when I watched a TV show that shows young Palestinian children and how they think:

Is this the only way Palestinians can achieve their goal?

Im a real Pagan and if they dont like thier own sects then they should say that Catholics are a sect of christianity, just one that they dont agree with, instead of spreading lies that catholics are Pagan.

1Co 5:11 But I now write to you not to associate with anyone named a brother, if he is immoral, greedy, an idolater, a slanderer, a drunkard, or a robber, not even to eat with such a person.

Also such people should be expelled from the church according to Pauls teaching.
