Look at flu viruses. They keeps adapting to the vaccines we use. We see it. It's a fact. It's happening now. That's evolution. It's not micro or macro, it's EVOLUTION. Micro and macro-evolution are the same thing. It just takes a long time and a lot of little changes to see the big changes.

What are the greater things? Why will the faithful do them because god is going to himself? Why does god not do whatever is asked in his name?

Everything that we can physically see had a builder. An 80 story building.....a car.....a bridge......a stadium......they all had builders and designers of some sort. Our universe is no different.....it too, had (and still has) a builder......His name is God. The belief that we all came from some primordial soup and all just poofed into existance over millions of millennia is nonsense.
That would be the equivalent of placing a Cadillac onto a cargo plane....taking it apart....flying up to 20,000 feet......dumping it out the back of the plane.....and then expecting it to reassemble itself before it hits the ground.
The fact that you cannot physically see our Creator is not proof that He does not exist......in fact....He is under no obligation to answer to us or prove anything to us anyway.
Just have faith to believe.....

Just wanted to know if people do realize that while women were told to have their head covered while praying or prophecying.......men were told not to cover their heads........why do so many men of all religions like to cover their heads?

What if you are wrong and Thor is really god. Imagine finding yourself standing before him and he is a tad bit vexed that you did not worship him in life. Are you willing to spend eternity as his personal crocket ball?

I am in my 20's and feel like it's almost impossible to find a Christian guy to go out with, i'm worried cuz i feel like i'm not "good enough" for some(i listen to pop music and am worried they'll think it's wrong,) but yet i don't wanna date a really loose guy that drinks and smokes but "goes to church once in a while". Feel like i'm stuck in between classes... Not the extreamlly stricked Christian...but not totally given into the world. Sorry, i don't even know what i'm asking but just had to get that off my chest:)

In reviewing this, it seems like these websites are attacking science fiction, or science from a 1950s textbook,

and aren't really attacking modern science at all.

If they had legitimate scientific criticisms, I would think this is a great mechanism for science and for humankind achievement.

It seems to just be . . . religious.

What are your thoughts?

Is it me or is there a correlation between the origin of religions (at least mono theistic ones) and big expanses of desert. Mormons and the Salt Flats; Islam and Arabia's desert; and moses wandering the desert for forty years and then talking to God?
