Everyone in "hell" is sleeping in death and will soon be resurrected from "hell" and given the opportunity to live forever here on earth which will be made into a paradise worldwide.
Revelation 1:18, Revelation 20:13
Hell is the grave and is where all who die are laid to rest.
Satan was thrown out of heaven and has been confined to the earth's vicinity--"Keep your senses, be watchful. Your adversary, the Devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking to devour someone."

Their body just lays there and decomposes! Check the word "hell" in an exhaustive concordance. Strong's has a Hebrew, Chaldee, and Greek dictionary in the back. "Hell" is a hole in the ground - a grave. The present church idea of hell was first adopted by the Catholic church around 600 A.D.. It was taken from a novel written by Dante Alighieri titled "Dante's Inferno". This false teaching ties in with the first lie recorded in the Bible - the immortal soul. In Genesis 3 verse 4 Satan told Eve that God had lied to her and that she and Adam would NOT die. Ezekiel 18 verse 4 says that the "soul" that sins will die. We have all been lied to about what a soul is too. Again, look in the dictionary in the back of Strong's concordance. It is a fleshly body! Genesis 2 verse 7 explains that after God formed Adam's body out of dirt he breathed into those dirt nostrils and Adam became a living soul. And as far as what anyone DOES in the grave Ecclesiastes 9 verse 5 says that the dead know nothing. There is no awareness when we're dead.

Nothing, they are dead. Biblically, when you die, there is no everlasting spirit. That was a false doctrine that is not supported by the bible. So if you die and go to "hell", you really don't feel pain, and don't feel anything. Infact, hell just means the common burial of all people.

We believe in Paradise and Hell. Paradise is the abode of enjoyment which God, the Exalted, prepared for the righteous. The blessing they enjoy there, no eye has ever seen, no ear has ever heard of, and no human being has ever imagined: "No soul knows what comfort is kept hidden for them, as a reward for that which they used to do." (32:17) Hell is the abode of punishment which God has prepared for the unbelievers and the evildoers. The torture and horror in it cannot be imagined

Unfortunately no this is not the reality of Hell, in Hell you will exist folded within yourself and torn apart by regret, there is no relationship with anyone, and you will find yourselfin the most profoundsolitude and lonliness, and will weep desperately for the evil that you did when you lived,it is a cemetary that lasts forever.

Eternal torment will be a lonely place. You will not have any company there. I understand that it will not be a place of comfort or rest.
