Well, here we only know about people what they tell us, and they may not be honest.

I do think, though, that most of the folks who butt in on questions about Paganism to quote scripture or otherwise say that we're bound for "hell", or to "warn off" people from any Pagan religions are Christians of some variety or other.

In real life, it's been non-liturgical Christians of the least Christ-like variety.

I wonder?
How many pagans do you see in Muslim, Hindu or Buddhist countries? Of course the answer is Christianity - that's by far the dominant religion where pagans live. Did you intend for this to be a loaded question?

*Actually I don't get bashed too often since I left Christianity. I did when i was a member of the church of Christ and it was the Baptists and Pentecostals, but they seem to fear me now when I tell them I am Wiccan. They used to argue and tell me I need to get away from the cOC because they beleive they are the only ones going to heaven( I never heard one person say that in all my 25 years on the inside looking out) But now when I tell them I am Wiccan, they do not argue or try to change me, they make excuses to leave and I am not bothered by them again. I prefer it this way.*

Christians continue to be influenced by that detestable book, Malleus Maleficarum, even those who have never even heard of it. It's become part of the culture, tied to the Bible by that immoral passage from Exodus (22:18).

regrettably ithas not been workingtthat way If yoy quote the gospel or evenn declare your beliefs you'd be mocked and omitted as a fool. you'd be considered eneducated and be derided. that is a sad situation yet one in which many evaluate that they can make themselves look better wise via mocking others.
