No. If miracle cures were so miraculous, they would work on things we can see.
Why are no amputees ever cured by televangelists and their ilk? Or even acne, for heaven's sake? Why do they supposedly only cure things like migraines and demon possession?
I'll tell you why. Because they are frauds.

In many cases aids is brought around through sin which is an abomination to God. That might answer the question of why not. Just a thought.
Even the "innocent" suffer with this disease due to someone else's sin.

Someone at my church gave this testimony once. I have only heard one testimony though.
