Some of you said that it is best to believe that matter or energy always existed than God. (Referring to my previous question asked not long ago.) But have you ever analyzed how earth is 93 million miles from the sun? A perfect distance for life on earth? Or how earth moves at about 66 mph around the sun, so that it won't move to close or too far away from its perfect trajectory around the sun, that supports life? Or how about how earth spins on its axis every 24 hours instead of once or twice a year, which would make part of earth very hot, and the other side very cold? Why is it that the earth, as far as space positioning, and speed, and trajectory, is ideal for life? There are slim chances of this, and slim chances for many other things that I will analyze in future questions.

Until then, did the atheists theories ignore these slim chances? Looks like you need faith to believe in these theories. :-)

How does your religion tackle the subject of Neanderthals and other Homo Sapien like fossils that have been found? Was it God's first try at making humans? I could see how it could fit in with those who believe God and evolution, but what about those who don't beleive in evolution?

Do non-Catholic Christians still believe that the saints of Catholicism were divinely inspired, even if they don't pray to them for intervention with God?

There are thousands of Marines and Troops from USA in Iraq right now which I'm sure a majority of them are Christian, Catholic, and from many other mainstream Religions.

What is their excuse for their use of Violence and breaking the Rules of the Church? What's George Bush's Excuse?

I'm a Christian and am led to believe that Jesus was the King of the Jews. If that's the case, why have separate faiths...Jewdaism and Christianity?

When a Catholic makes the sign of the cross, they pray "in the name of teh father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit", therby reaffirming our belief in the Trinity.

Do other non-Catholic Christians make this gesture? If not, why not?

Surely a religion built upon the foundation of Mario from Super Mario Bros. would dominate more than half of the population of this world. Others would worship Bowser, while others would strongly believe that the righteous and only pathway to the Mushroom Kingdom is through the praise and worship of Yoshi.

What would you believe in?

Also, would Dr. Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog be Satan?

I'm getting a picture of heaven from Christians who post here that doesn't sound like the way I'd want to spend eternity.

No sex, no lust, no pets, no internet, no football, no fun at all. Just sit around praising god and each other for eternity. I mean seriously, who would want to spend forever at the old folks home?

The call for prayers occurs 5 times daily. I know you're required to answer all 5, but how often do people ignore these? I'm not asking how often people are allowed to ignore these, I'm just trying to gauge how often people might voluntarily decide to ignore these. To put it bluntly and quite specifically, what percentage of the Muslim population, in your best estimation, periodically ignores calls for prayer?

I'm ignorant of these things so I'll apologize in advance if you find this to be a stupid question. But I'll appreciate your answers anyway. Thanks.
