Is this true?
The reason why I ask any of Jehovah's Witnesses to respond this one because I don’t want myself to looks fool for believing that JW's is bad because of apostate site. I really want an honest answer from you. Thank you very much.

I don't get it. ...Did the newer generation feel that the Old Testament was like a rough draft and wanted to rewrite it?

What was taken out? And why?...Who actually wrote the Old Testament?

Very curious.

(Please don't put any verses from any biblical text in here (if you could answer this question with that...?). It's like you're taking the easy way out by having "god" explain it for you.)

"In God we trust" was added to currency in 1956, replacing "E Pluribus Unum (Out of many, one). "Under God" was added to the Pledge in 1954.
Isn't this is clear violation of the separation of church and state?

Genesis 6:1-4 - "1 When men began to multiply on earth and daughters were born to them, 2 the sons of heaven saw how beautiful the daughters of man were, and so they took for their wives as many of them as they chose. 3 Then the LORD said : 'My spirit shall not remain in man forever, since he is but flesh. His days shall comprise of one hundred and twenty years.
4 At that time the Nephilim appeared on earth (as well as later), after the sons of heaven had intercourse with the daughters of man, who bore them sons. They were the heros of old, the men of renown.

My Bible notes that the sons of heaven literally meant "the sons of the gods" or "the sons of God" i.e. the celestial beings of mythology. What does this mean?

So the way I gathered it, there was a conference on the Holocaust held in Iran. Many of the speakers were holocaust deniers (which is stupid), and lots of Jewish groups were really upset about this. They complained about it from all their areas about the world. Neturei Karta went to the conference.

The one Rabbi spoke first, and said the holocaust happened, he lost grandparents and uncles in it, that Iran's gripe against Zionism is legitimate but people should not allow their hatred of Zionism lead to a dishonoring of the victims of the holocaust. He was then hugged by the President of Iran.


Okay, so how are these Neturei Karta people not heroes all over the Jewish world right now? Why are they not having parades for them thrown? Everyone else was complaining about holocaust denial from hundreds of miles away, they went and said it happened, and now they are villians. I miss how that works?

Is it just because they are NK and so can't do anything right in your eyes?

in God even when you tell them what He has done in your life? What it says in the Bible and just our very existence is proof that there is a God.

I've read a fair number of questions here asking, "why can't nuns be married"? To me, this is like asking, "why can't circles be square?", but obviously others don't see it that way. Could those who wish to know "why can't nuns be married?" please share their vision of a "married nun"? What would this woman do, where would she live, what would make her different from other married women, etc. -- in short, what is it that would make a married woman a nun?
