I believe in the WHOLE Bible.... You can try to spin any way you want, but here are Bible quotes and you can be sure beyond a doubt that the Bible condemns homosexuality as immoral.

Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,

Leviticus 18:22
Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.

Leviticus 20:13
If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.

Mark 7:20
He went on: "What comes out of a man is what makes him 'unclean.' For from within, out of men's hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and make a man 'unclean.' "

Timothy 1:9-11
realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous person, but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers and immoral men and homosexuals and kidnappers and liars and perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching

1 Kings 14:24
There were even male shrine prostitutes in the land; the people engaged in all the detestable practices of the nations the LORD had driven out before the Israelites.

Romans 1:26-27
In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

New Testament Homosexuality

Ahm, even if there were no scriptures against homosexuality in the New Testament, or you think you are able to refute them, it doesn't matter at all. Christians are supposed to believe in the entire Bible, both Old and New Testaments, and just because certain punishments for certain sins in the Old Testament have been fulfilled, it doesn't mean that God now approves of said sins.
For example, a law against the prostitution of one's daughter is found only in the Old Testament, not in the New Testament. Does that mean that that law is fine, now? By the same token, even IF homosexuality is not mentioned in the New Testament, and even though the penalty for it is no longer necessary because of Jesus' (who fulfilled laws, feasts, sacrifices, etc.), God's hatred for it is made clear in the Old Testament.
Furthermore, as God doesn't change his mind (he is constant), what makes you think that God would condemn a practice in one Testament and suddenly approve it in the other?
There's a reason the Bible is comprised of the Old AND New Testament. You can't take one testament and ignore the other, as they are both God's words.

And to cause4joy, above me: Very nice response, but you're only almost right. Remember that Jesus said that if a person has lusted after a woman, he has already committed adultery with her already in his heart. Same goes for homosexuals. If they lust, they have committed the act already, and the Bible makes it clear that the act is wrong. And, since Jesus stated this as a sort of addition to "Thou shalt not commit adultery," a law that applied to everyone, then what he said applies to everyone and every situation as well, such as men lusting after men and women lusting after women.

Some clergymen argue in favor of homosexuality, claiming that Jesus never spoke against it. But is that really so? Jesus Christ declared that God’s Word is truth. (John 17:17) That means that he endorsed God’s view of homosexuality as described at Leviticus 18:22, which reads: “You must not lie down with a male the same as you lie down with a woman. It is a detestable thing.” Moreover, Jesus listed fornication and adultery among the “wicked things [that] issue forth from within and defile a man.” (Mark 7:21-23) The Greek word for fornication is a broader term than that for adultery. It describes all forms of sexual relations outside lawful marriage, including homosexuality. (Jude 7) Jesus Christ also warned his followers not to tolerate any professed Christian teacher who minimizes the seriousness of fornication.—Revelation 1:1; 2:14, 20.

In a Nut-shell;

"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 2 Timothy 3:1-7

Jesus removed all that old testament "handwriting".

"And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:"

If by homosexuality you mean homosexual orientation, there are no passages which address it. The entire concept of sexual orientation was alien to the Biblical authors.

Homosexual behavior is addressed, however, and I'm sure you'll get all the quotations in a second.

Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
