there seems to be a lot of atheists wasting their time on an religion/spritualtity forum? I thought that God didn't exist, so why waste your time?

I'm curious if other religions have moral obligations against taking their god(s) name in vain.
Ie. Christians aren't supposed to say "Oh My God," "Goddam," etc.

I've talked to plenty god believers about the existence of god.

1. They tend to scratch the surface on each subject. They avoid getting into detail. They'll try to change the subject to prevent it.

2. They can't understand how Atheists can be happy without believing in God. God is like a drug to them. They need a fix

3. They think God is in control no matter how bad things are. They could be getting brutally murdered and still think it's God's will

4. God is their imaginary friend. They think they can't live without him. That's why they assume that Atheists are miserable

5. They can't even stand to hear someone say God is fake. I had people walk away feeling angry just because I said God is fake

6. Debating about the existence of God is entertaining for Atheist but painful for most God believers.

Why do you say that there is no God, then you feel justified on bashing God or attacking those who believe in something that you KNOW doesn't exist? Fighting against or even discussing about a non-existant being are the symptoms of mental illness!

Explanation: I have a paper due, over what I believe about Soteriology, or the study of salvation. The questions are drawn from a catechism. There are 24 total questions within this paper that I will answer. On executive decision, I chose to post each of these on Answers! but.... I am going to do them about once each day. Right after Adam and Eve at the fruit, they realized they were naked and were ashamed. When they heard God's footsteps approaching they hid themselves because they were ashamed of their nakedness. And so God realized they ate the fruit.

Anyway, if God has footsteps he must have feet. I imagine He must look very human.

I cross my legs and close my eyes. I relax my body and I don't feel anything, my breathing isn't noticeable, I don't focus on thinking. I don't think of anything and it does not feel like sleeping. I do not consciously acknowledge my own existence.
I don't follow any specific kind, but I relax myself with this.
I feel unified afterwards and connected with something and all, but does this seem off? It's like I can see everything that's happening, and from a weird viewpoint.
What style is this most similar to?
