The trinity did not exist until the council of nicea. It is a man made concept. The early Christains did not worship Jesus. They heeded his message. The Christians will try to make the trinity seem logical, but it is not logical. God does not need a son. And Jesus was not God. He was a man. A wonderful man with a message from God. A miracle of God. But, no, not God. Jesus had to eat food to live and Jesus used the bathroom. Do you think God needs food to sustain himself? No, He is the self sustaining. I am the Lord your god, you shall have NO OTHER gods beside me. There it is!

Dont worry, this question comes up a lot!
Picture the Holy Trinity as a 3 leaf clover mkay?? =D
The 1st leaf of it is The Son (Jesus)
The 2nd leaf attached to it is The Father (God)
The very 3rd leaf attached to it is The Holy Spirit (The Holy Spirit..lol, or the spirit God sends out to speak to us and make us rise to action, or when you feel refreshed or inspired. Or when miracles happen.)
Yet, they are all one God. There arent 3 Gods, like in Greek Mythology, they are all put together to make God.
Just like the clover. What kind of clover has 2 leaves?? Okay? The clover can not have one leaf without the other. Now the clover is not JUST like The Holy Trinity, because there is the exception of the 4 leaf clover, so keep in mind it is only a plant. But even the ones I've seen dont really have 4 leaves, just the 3rd one is bigger than the rest..or a funny shape.
With the trinity you cannot serve one without the other, they are eternal, and the Lord is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Or maybe try holding up 3 fingers with close to the same concept! Hold them out seperately just like you would when showing someone the number 3 with your fingers. Label each finger one of them, now put those 3 fingers side by side.
I thought it was so confusing at first! But I especially understand now, since God uses each one of them in my life. None is greater than the other!
God sent his only son to wash my sins away, that we might have everlasting life. Etc.
They all work together to entwine a unique design that's my life.
I hope I helped!
HAPPY NEW YEAR BEFORE JANUARY IS GONE!!!
God bless
Your friend
And as for that guy who says Jesus was not apart of God and had to eat and drink etc. Jesus was tempted for 40 DAYS without food and drink. No one can live that long unless they're very fat, which just really is'nt possible..so we know that only God got him through such a thing. And he had to come on earth and have take a human form, because he was the ultimate sin. Jesus Christ is very much alive and in heaven with the Father, and the bible says it all.

Since others have defined the trinity, all that is left to say is that the Bible does NOT teach the trinity. There is not a single scripture in the Bible that says the Father, Son and holy spirit are equal to one another and that they make up one God. The trinity is a false doctrine that distorts the true identity of the God of the Bible--Jehovah. (Ps. 83:18)

Christians believe there is One God, but that the unity of God is in Spirit, although He exists in three Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. They are co-equal and eternally co-existent. That is, the Son is not created, but derived from the substance of the Father.
The doctrine is based on the disclosure of God as contained in the Scripture. I don't think anyone really understands it any more than more than we can understand the eternality of God - that He always existed.
I believe the closest we can come to understand God is in the picture of how He created Man.
God formed Adam out of the dust of the earth - Adam is One.
God put Adam into a deep sleep and removed one of his ribs, fashioning it into Eve. Now we have, Two, but from One.
God brings Adam and Eve together, and says, "Therefore shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife, and they shall become One flesh."
This One Flesh is itself a Third, and now we have a picture of the Trinity, so far as we are able to understand it.
Now the type is imperfect, because flesh is not spirit, but God is Spirit. There is the Father, and there is the Son. The perfect union of the Father and the Son is Himself a Third, a distinct Personality, for so He is spoken of in Scripture, and He is afforded the same dignity and reverence as the Father and the Son.

God the Father, Jesus his only begotten Son and the Holy Ghost.
Jesus and the Holy Ghost are two separate entities that are the only entities to have achieved perfect oneness with God the Father. Jesus is the only entity to have been born into the flesh. No other entity has been able to achieve this perfect oneness with God the Father.

I will give you the best earthly example of this I know.
I will use the Sun as this example. First off, the Sun is an object, secondly, the Sun is Heat, thirdly, the Sun is Light.
One object, three separate manifestations.
Such is God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit.
God Bless You.....Peace.

John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God, He was with God in the beginning.
John 1:14
The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 14:6-7
Jesus answered " I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you already knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know Him and have seen Him "
Father, Son and the Holy Spirit is one and the same God. Jesus came to the earth in a human form, Holy Spirit is guiding us, He is our Heavenly Father.

The trinty is not simple. And to truly understand you really have to believe in what the Word of God says. God the Father God the son God the Holy Ghost. are three in one. In the begining God said let US make man in our image. They are all God They are Just three parts of God Father , Son and God Spirit

The very best explanation I've ever heard of the trinity is like....water! H20. It can be in different forms: it can be a solid (ice), it can be liquid (water), it can be gaseous (steam)...and yet the exact same properties are evident in each of these expressions.
The trinity is very much like that: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy spirit; one God, in three "expressions".
Excuse the simplistic description. When trying to explain something about God...who is divine, and unlimited and quite beyond human understanding, it's merely the best explanation I've heard.
