And when he failed to pull me to his Church, he will ask his other Church members to knock on my door. Don't he know it is so irritating? Don't he know what is freewill? Can I call the police to arrest him for harrassing me? Or should I knock back on his door and blow cigarette smoke to his face and ask him to join Satan?

Tell them what I do. I believe in God, not the bible, do not preach the bible to me, I don't believe in the bible. If you come back, I will let my dogs out. It works dude.

Well what I did to get a pair of Christians from knocking on my door might be extreme, but they certainly never came back.
I happened to have just got back from a hunting trip and was cleaning a deer (so as you can imagine I was covered in blood), I heard them knocking on the door. At first I was going to take my apron off and try to rinse off some of the blood, but I thought what the hell. You should have seen their faces when I opened the door holding a knife and being splattered in blood. I asked them if they'd like to join me for super. They took off running. Never seen or heard from those two again.
Other times when dealing with pesky Christians knocking at my door, I've told them I'm a Satanist (this was long ago, Satan scares these folks); I answered the door once with a gun in my hand (not a good idea, this can get you in big trouble in some parts of the US); more recently I had a young women JW ask me if I wanted to hear about her God, I pulled out a statue of Freyr and said here's my God. She took of screaming (Freyr is a Norse fertility God who is often pictured in statues with a large erection.)
All these methods work to varying degrees. I would also recommend slapping a restraining order on him and his church. That way if they break the restraining order, you can have them arrested.

I find it hard to believe that this is true.
Maybe it's to get a reaction out of you? Obviously it's working.
If he is really bothering you, instead of whining like a baby why DON'T you call the police and ask them for a restraining order? They will not arrest him for irritating you, but they can make it so he can't come on your property.

Tell this person that you are not interested in joining his Church. Are you sure he is Christian? Usually, they don't bug people that much. It is usually the Jehovah Witness, which is not Christian.

If they are continuing to bother you, ask them why they are not listening to their own scripture? Then cite Mark 6:11
"And if any place will not welcome you or listen to you, shake the dust off your feet when you leave, as a testimony against them."
In other words, if you have politely (or not politely) said "No, thanks," then they should stop bothering you!
