I certainly am; which is why it irritates me when people post quesions or answers claiming that they alone know The Truth, but don't allow IM or e-mail so that I can discuss it with them.

I wonder if they realise how many potential converts they are losing that way.

not cool. if my mom was spanking me or my dad at least i would no that they werent getting any pleasure out of it. but its my stepdad some guy whos only 16 years older than me. im 15 years old i think that sounds illegal to me. my moms aware her answer is you deserve it. he is really forcing me down and taking of my clothes to make it more painful. trust me..i put up a fite but its kind of pointless cause i never get away from him. he cant even make up descent excuses for hitting me. if i call the police it would suck to land in a foster home. things are sorta working out for me now. i talked to a friend and after he stopped laughing he told me to run. thats the only advice ive gotten. any ideas? ? ? ?

I'm not talking about books like Tobit, Judith, I and II Maccabees, etc. that are in the catholic bible and not in other non catholic bibles. But books written by other apostles, more specifically Christ himself. I have heard numerous times that he indeed docuemented his times while he was alive, but the church left it out cause it was said that he wrote about his family. Are there credible sources to come to such a conclusion. This inquiry really has nothing to do with the movie The DaVinci Code. Because this topic in modern society has been ongoing for awhile both in time, and in my understanding of the church. I do infact believe in God, but I really have a hard time believing what the church conveys . Misteaching and double standard preaching, on top of "church law" rather than Gods law have really had me question the church. So again has the church hidden certain text, chapters, and or books from the bible?
