I doubt it, so the number of licks to get to the center is sorta moot.

I just saw a Modern Marvels episode on the history channel about making different balls and bowling balls do have a different kind of chemical core, though I forgot that the chemical was, it was poured into a weird looking container then the ball was built up around it. Q 2. About 42 billion.
