Our soul, being an invisible essence made in the likeness of the Creator, goes to an abstract place, not really a place in time or space, which is the next step in the course of our souls evolution.
Through the Thought of God every created thing exists. The Creator never becomes the created though the Creator is everywhere and closer to us than our own jugular vein. Your artwork never becomes you. How could the creation become God? Why would God who is always only One become the many by becoming His creation. That is an absurdity.

your soul is the "breath of god" (god breath into the human form of adam and he lived). the soul is the life-giver, the body acting as the host to the soul. when your human body is damaged beyond function, the soul leaves. but the soul does not die. it is an energy that gives power to the human body just like a battery to a toy car. when you die, the soul is collected in a sleep state by the creator to be returned to your rejuvenated body upon resurrection, to be judged on the second coming of christ.

Your soul goes to Heaven, which is on another planet. Or to Hell. I'm not sure where that is.
