If this is a serious question you need to contact the authorities & have this man thrown in jail. He is getting off on this. Sorry, but it's just the truth. Running away won't solve any problems. You'll be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. I promise you that life on the streets won't be easier. If you have a greadparent or aunt or uncle or other close family member to confide in I would suggest you do just that and maybe even consider staying with them until this issue can be resolved. This is way beyond even child abuse. This is psychological abuse & sexual abuse. I can't believe that someone you call a "friend" laughed at this. You are wrong in assuming you will end up in a foster home. You are 15 and have a definite say-so in where you live. Call the authorities & have this man arrested for these crimes he's committing because that's EXACTLY what they are!

If you can, hold out three more years. Then you will be 18 and can leave them and be on your own. Or else call the police and live in foster care for three years. If it's really bad, call the police. Maybe they will take him to jail and you can live peacefully with your mom. After all, he's taking your clothes off. That's gotta be sexual harassment, child molestation, or child abuse. But, if you can wait a couple of years, then do that. That's a tough situation. You must be pretty scared. You've posted this question in several different categories.

that's abuse and you don't deserve to be in that situation. get outside help. are there any other responsible adults you know and trust who you could stay with temporarily until you can resolve this issue? if not, at least go to a school counselor and make them aware of your situation.
it could get worse; this guy is obviously not normal. you need to take steps to prevent that from happening. if you do get scared, don't hesitate to call 911. foster care is not as bad as staying in a dangerous situation, should it come to that.
and you need a support system. annonymous online people don't count. find friends and family who you trust and will listen to you and tell you you are a valuable person. it's so important. if you don't have the right kind of people in your life, maybe it would be better for you in foster care. as horrible as that sounds to you right now, you have to have people who care about you.

That is abuse if he is humiliating you by making you drop your pants. I think you should have a long talk with your mom and explain to her that you are to old for spankings now and if she feels you need to be punished she will have to punish you in a more mature manner. If not you will report it to the police. Give her a chance to think about it. If nothing changes and if it starts to get any worse call the police or if not them go to someone you can trust like a relative or grandparent.

this sounds like a serious problem. i dont see anything creepy about the age difference; you say your 15 and he's like 31, it would be creepy if he was like 20 something and doing it. the creepy thing is he makes you take off your clothes. i dont know what to tell you about getting spanked, thats kind of lame, and usually that doesnt happen to people after the age of 12.

You are being abused and if you are being forced to take off your clothes, you are being sexually abused.
Today it's spanking, tomorrow it will be rape. That's how these guys operate. GET OUT NOW. There are shelters for teens who are escaping abuse. Check the Yellow Pages.

call child services
dial "411" and ask for the number
-If you are really being abused why would you WANT to stay there? How is it possible that "things are working out for [you]"?

nobody ought to be spanked and no one deserves it. He should take away your ipod, not spank you.
