If you are a male Gentile who subscribes to Messianic Judaism, can you keep the Passover with your ethnically-Jewish fellow Messianic Jews if you are uncircumcised, or does your being uncircumcised bar you from keeping the Passover? I'm looking at the following passage and thinking the answer is, "You can't keep the Passover until after you are circumcised."

Exodus 12:43,48-50 -- And the LORD said unto Moses and Aaron, This [is] the ordinance of the passover....And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the LORD, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof. One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you. Thus did all the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.

There are two sides to this problem; the subjective side of the problem and the objective side of the problem. On the objective side we have people who have faith, but their own inner understanding is obscured from public scrutiny, we only hear what they say or do.So people who seem to have a high degree of faith or say they speak to God are either delusional or are actually talking to God.This being so, there is a problem of false positives. There is feedback to anyone interacting with these people that could be false as most of the people who "talk to God" are, statistically, not talking to God and are in fact just crazy. This really creates a false image of what is true and gives influence to the crazies so that they can affect the religious communities as if they are genuine, which leads me to the other side of the problem, the subjective side.If all you have is your own perception of truth and you believe God tells you things, how do you validate your faith and prove you arent nuts?

an infinite amount of time had to elapse just to get us to where we are in this world. If something came out of nothing, which seems impossible unless you believe in God, but how did God come into being, or if He is eternal, how is it possible for us to be alive with that infinite regress of time. Time is a human idea and many believe God is not bound to space and time. I guess i am wondering if their is a good explanation. This deals a lot with athesm and other belief systems. what do you think about it?

That may have put u in some sort of trance, or ecstasy, or super realization that just fulfilled ur whole soul and being beyond words of explanation >(almost).
(and those of u who wish to write something sexual go ahead....but my question here is really about some kind of spiritual awareness on a deep level or if you don't consider urself spiritual, well then however you'd describe your fantastic joyous experience)
:-D

A couple of years ago there was a poll taken about whether Americans would be willing to take away some of the rights of Muslims in order to protect the country. About 50% of Americans said they would be willing to take "some".

Examples:

Only Muslims must account for themselves in airports, because only Muslim pose the threat.

All Islamic leaders must be registered in a database, any who are not face prison time. Inflammatory hate-imam's can be deported.

Banning of Mosques or any other place used for planning and assembly.

All converts must be registered.

Any Quran that doesnt have Surah 9 (Genocide of all non-muslims chapter) removed should be illegal, the same as child porn or terrorist manuals.

Muslim immgrents are banned idefinetly

Marriage cannot confer citzenship on a muslim

The difference between me and the PC drones who refuse to accept reality is that I am pragmatic. Civil rights are important, but they are NOT ABSOLUTES. Islam is the exception.

Please....I KNOW I can look it up on "Wiki" so don't paste their definition here. I just want maybe a "member" to explain their view of it.

Thanks!

As a single Christian girl in my early twenties, everyone tells me I should be meeting nice Christian men at church. However, after attending church after church for many years, nothing. Any suggestions? And why are women who go to churches to meet men made fun of? (I have heard enough "funny" stories of those aggressive churchgoing chicks to last me a lifetime)

Revelation 12 (King James Version)
King James Version (KJV)
Public Domain

Revelation 12
1And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

2And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

3And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

4And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

5And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

6And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

7And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

8And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

9And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

10And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

11And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

12Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

13And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

14And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

15And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

16And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

17And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
