Are you implying that homosexuals should be exempted from the death penalty but others are not eligible for such exemption? How far do you really want to take this homosexual-rights issue? True, in India, as in the U.S, a homosexual can be sentenced to death for a heinous crime. Just because someone is homosexual does not mean that he is above the law.

India has it's own Gay clubs and pride parades. No the capital punishment for Gays is only in Pakistan. They are tottaly out of the closet - so to speak. Different strokes for different folks.

I do not know about India, but in most societies homosexuality is a capital offense.
