Do you know what sin is? The God of the Bible tells of different levels of sin....there are tresspasses, iniquities known and unknown (sins of commission and ommission), these separate us from God and his fellowship/blessings. WE WERE BORN INTO SIN, and we cannot escape the curse of death by our selves..BUT, there is a way out, and up into heaven, with a perfect loving GOD. What sin blocks God's love from you right now? Could it be the ONLY act of your heart and will that prevents ALL MEN and WOMEN from entering eternal life with Him, that is, the sin of NOT believing in the ONLY way God made to restore US to HIM, that is NOT believing on His Son, Jesus Christ, the Messiah, who paid for ALL sins for all men for all time, past, present, future? God says the blood of His son satisfied His own wrath against a rebellious creation....and the power of life and death are in the tongue....Confess your agreement in Jesus work done on your behalf here and now, and be reconciled to Him....

"Psalms 14:1 The fool says in his heart, 'There is no God.' They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good."

This is only one of the many quotes I could use.

Discuss!

Sub-questions:

Why is it that when I see people of African descent (English-speaking) - on TV - almost all of them seem to be very passionate, religious (Christian) people (more passionate than most other folks)?

Is it true?

In my country, in Asia, we hardly get exposed to any ethnic African or African American culture; so do pardon my lack of knowledge. Thanks.

For those who don’t know it:

First ask a question (one should always have at least one question... shouldn’t they?)

Then answer "some" or all the questions of people who answered your question.

When you are done, even if you have answered only one you will have questions of greater value because YOU are now of GREATER value, you can not deny it, So now you can ask another question or two....

What will actually happen to you is exponential growth in the way you connect life the things of life and how life works the tree of life will become part of you as you see how other people really are connected through it. The world is yours and I want to give it to you.

This is the hidden greatness in Q&A that not even they know.

I'm a religious person and I feel quite guilty about my "sin" but I know that I will keep doing it (if I am being honest).
What can I do to keep better about it? Please do not say stop doing it as my boyfriend will not stop (and I am finding it hard to).
Have you been in this situation - what did you do?

One of the ten commandments states that we shall not kill- and as far as I know, there is no ammendment to that that lists possible exceptions to this rule. So why do conservative Christians support capital punishment? Aren't they the ones we would expect most to adhere to the ten commandments? I have never understood this blatant hypocrisy, and I would like to know when it is okay to kill, and, above all, WHO is allowed to kill. Are there designated killers or something similar? Thank You!

I don't think Muhammed can be called a "prophet". Isaiah, Ezekiel, Jeremiah, and prophets of their liking, actually made prophecies. In Islamic tradition, all Muhammed did was write what Gabriel dictated him. So, in your opinion, can Muhammed be called a prophet?

I find it interesting that Mormons believe in the life, ministry, death, resurrection of Christ, and they believe that their salvation is only possible because of Christ, why would other Christians label them as non-Christians?
