I prayed for a car, went to a church that was not my regular church, the pastor asked my wife if she knew of anyone who needed a car, she said we did, and he gave it to us. Inside was an envelope with enough money for tags and registration. How's that, true story.

Many times.
1. In 1966, I prayed one night for $20 to buy myself a decent pair of pants. The next morning, I had $20 in the mail from an unexpected source.
2. In 1982 I prayed for a man who the surgeon had given up on - he had about 6 hours to live. I didn't know what God would do, but He got better.
3. In 1984 I prayed for some money to buy food for my family the next day (we had been eating the same thing for 2 weeks, and now had run out, and had no money). In this case I was sure God would provide. The next morning a cheque for $100 arrived in the mail from a totally unexpected source.
These are just a few examples that stand out. But I live on answered prayer.

Tangible? I don't know if I would go that far. I don't pray for material things. However, a couple years ago, a little boy was hit by a car in front of our (as in my husband and I) apartment. My husband was one of the first down there...and he said that the boy was not breathing, and there was no heartbeat.
So I prayed that God wouldn't allow that little boy to die...that his mother wouldn't have to know that pain...and suddenly, color came back into the boy's face, and he sat up, and asked his mom why she was crying.
Anyway, the boy was fine...virtually unscathed. Somehow.
I don't know if that's "tangible"...but it's enough for me.

Yes, God has answered my prayers SO MANY TIMES I cant count...But realize that God only gives us what we really need and what we deserve if its good for us.
ONE TIME, I caught the train to New York with a friend. We caught the train there, and didnt catch the train back home until it was kinda late. So, after we got off the train in Jersey, we were stuck. We had no one to call and come pick us up at such a late hour. There were no busses running, and it was dark at night, very late, and no one was around us. It started to get cold, and I only had on a sundress. Plus, we were in a tough neighborhood, and we didnt feel all that safe...Well, all the sudden I started praying. Outloud I said "Please, please God, please send us way home!". I swear to you, about 20 seconds later, a cab rolled toward us. We ran to the cab, jumped in, and went home..My friend--who really doesnt believe in God--kept saying "I cant believe that happened!".
God is Real. Peace

yes. I had an old Ford stationwagon. It was really an abortion, too.
I was driving home from work, and it started to smoke.
I pulled into a gas station, and the mechanic looked at it, and it wouldn't start anymore, and the smoke was incredible, etc.
The guy told me that I cracked the block. He said to get a cab home because this car was dead, dead, dead. I called my brother who is a mechanic and he looked at it and said, yep, its dead dead dead.
Well, I needed my car- I had a sick child. I didn't know the mechanic was still standing there, and i was upset, so I said outloud (while sitting in the car) Oh, God you have to make this thing start. Anyway, the mechanic and my brother heard me say it, and the mechanic said to me"lady, God ain't no mechanic".
So I said, Why not? He's everything else in my life, why the hell not? I turned the key, and I drove that car for another year.
Thats an absolutely true story, as God himself is my witness.

Today I did. It was pouring literally to the point where I could not see 2 feet in front of me. Like an idiot, I was going faster than I should have. Before I could even think, my car started spinning out of control, spun about 3 times, and I ended up almost hitting the division fence, beyond which I would have ended up in a canal. I saw the events occur in slow motion, like a movie, but could do nothing. It was almost as if I was in a theme park ride; I had no control. At that moment, all I remember praying was, "Jesus please help me, Jesus please save me."
The car stopped perfectly parallel to the fence, nothing damaged, and I was out of the way of traffic.
Thank God Almighty.
Never doubt that God exists!

Yes. Always. Sometimes I don't pray for something and I get it. I often screw up or make a mistake and something good comes from it. Like falling up stairs. Sort of like tripping and falling on a hundred dollars.

My cousin was married for five years and could not conceive. She prayed for a child and within a month she got pregnant.

Yes, many times. Everything from food, clothes and mini van was freely given to me. In fact my husband was from God.
