In a word: No

Though the definition of a religion is a little fuzzy, it usually involves a belief system and corresponding traditions and rituals. Other hallmarks of a religion are belief/worship of a deity, the preaching of moral codes, and mythology surrounding the origin of the Earth, man, and the afterlife. (Though it's worth noting that not all religions deal with those topics)

Nudism is simply a lifestyle choice. There's no common belief system shared by nudists. None (that I know of) would identify nudism as their religion - instead, many are Christian, Jew, Atheist, etc.
