I beleive in being honest and real when I post questions here when I answer these questions on this site. Reading some of these questions has really humbled me and made me realize I need to be on my knees more thanking God for ALL he has done and delivered me from. I see things on this site that people lost thier parents, child and have no one to spend the holidays with and I feel very badly about this and if I could I would have everyone over so no one would be lonely or sad.

I have everything I need I have a family a husband and great friends and I have beleived the lie and deceit of the enemy that I dont "have enough" or that I have "nothing to show for my life"
And I realize that is total bull. what are ways that I can be greatful and never take my blessings for granted. How can I help others who dont have enough or have a lot? . I just want to grow in God and realize is not about all I have "been through" How can I make a difference in this life to others?

seems like 'the Nativity' is well made and very appropriate for families for Chrstmas... and in many parts of the country opened for 1 week only and cut back even in the middle of the Christmas holiday

at the same time, the left wing "Happy Feet" movie that has nothing good to say about religion is going strong... why is that?

"I will kill this person if you do not deny Christ." What do you do? Deny Christ or not?

I'm asking this because many years ago I was given this ultimatum. Fortunately, I gave the right answer.

No, actually, many years ago I was asked this question and have always wondered how Christians would answer it.

how would you feel if you were given a religious type gift for Christmas; (say a Bible) from an elderly Aunt who didn't know necessarily what your religious beliefs or lack of beliefs were. How would you respond?

"Expending so much energy on school prayer, 'intelligent design' and gay marriage in the face of genocide and slave trading n the Third World is the moral equivalent of trying to enforce vegetarianism when most of the world doesn't have enough food to begin with." ~Newsweek

He is not following Jesus' path. If you think he is and believe he is a good Christian, you don't know your bible very well and you shouldn't call yourself a follower of god.

Those that know Christianity and what it teaches know Bush is acting against what it preaches.

I think Jesus was near when I was a kid. I would talk to him and I would always feel like he was with me and listened to me. I have had unusual experiences when I was a kid. Do any of you have these kind of experiences? Or supernatural experiences that you had as a kid?

Not much, nothing to get concerned about, it's only a couple of inches a year. But, if the moon is moving away from, in the past, it was closer. Over 4.5 billion years, even a couple of inches a years is a big difference. 500 million years ago, if the moon was 1/4 closer than it is now, the effect on the tides would be such that the whole earth would be completely flooded twice a day.

How do land animals live on land that is being flooded twice a day?

Abortion?

The Irish government refused a Passport for a Girl in just such a situation so she couldn't travel to England for a termination. It caused outrage!

“I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours.”
