You're asking someone to sacrifice a life for a life. What makes the person you would be sacrificing your child for any better than your child? Besides, you can't 'buy' someone else their salvation. They have to earn that on their own.

If you love your children, how about you sacrifice your life for someone else. As a parent why in the world would you put your children lasted for someone else. The question you should be asking yourself is what kind of paret would want to lose someone that you carried for 9mos, and wanted to protect since they were a baby. And now you want sacrifice for what your happines. Well let me just say that when God gave his son Jesus, he sacrifice his son for our sins so that no one has to suffer or sacrifice life and its being. How would you feel if someone sacrifice you for their own happines.

Sacrificing your kid for others is wrong.
See Stephen King Storm of the Century novel or movie.
No one should sacrifice their own kid for a selfish person or community.

No.

We are each of us responsible for our own salvation, it is impossible for us to be responsible for anyone other than ourselves. Nor is their any need to fear what will become of ourselves or anyone else when we die because god is all-loving and all-compassionate and everyone is forgiven for whatever sins they may believe they have comitted.

Well, let's see.............Jesus went straight back to heaven to be with his "father", he was born for the salvation of the world, which means, he was born to die for you. So, yes. If I purposely bore my son to die for you, and knew that he was coming back to live with me forever and ever amen, then the answer is yes.

Do you mean their mortal life to save the eternal life of the stranger? I would say..God wouldn't put me in that position. Would I risk my own life? I hope so.
