He is not following Jesus' path. If you think he is and believe he is a good Christian, you don't know your bible very well and you shouldn't call yourself a follower of god.

Those that know Christianity and what it teaches know Bush is acting against what it preaches.

First of all out of due respect you need to capitalize God. As a Christian, I try hard not to Judge anyone, including President Bush. He is the Cheif Commander in this Great Country. He was voted in and in this country , we need to stand behiind his decisions. He is a Christian. Many times Christians have been persecuted for making decision of war, with much objections from many.
Just place your feet , into his shoes.
Tie the laces, don't leave them loose.
And when you do, then you shall see.
How could he change, what was to be ?
President Bush has a big Job. Many are for and against him. But don't say we should not call ourselves followers of God.
Christians are true Believers of God. Look how Jesus was perscuted. I would not want to be in President Bush's Shoes.

Which imaginary being is he follwing Jesus or Satan? How appropriate a Christian officiating a Moslem vs. Moslem civil war slaughter. I never believed in armageddon then I realized it could be a self-fullfilling fairy tale concococted by people who live in the 12th century vs. self-engrandizing neocons. Well at least I can say that I lived for 20 years in the US when there wasn't a war or a nuclear threat. Keep repeating God is love, God is swell if you don't belive it you'll go to hell. If not we'll make hell on earth.

I noticed the same as another regarding the respect that ought to be given by the capitalization of the word, God.

As for Bush, the Word states that we ought not speak evil of dignities for God raises kingdoms and brings them down.
2Pet.2:10; Jude 8

It's a matter of praying that God should have mercy on self and open the way for the fulfillment of His kingdom in the heart and the soon establishment for the purpose of all the world to hear the Truth. Is.2:2,3

I happen to agree with you but just what is it you think we should do? Throw holy water at him? Make him live in one of his stables? Its too bad the man brags about not spending his time reading because Time magazine had a great article about him & his use of religion not long ago. Bush would not have liked it.

Who made you the authority on Christianity?
"Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stand or falls; and stand he will, for God is able to make him stand" (Romans 14:4)

"First of all then I urge that entreaties, prayers, petitions and thanksgivings be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority..." (I Timothy 2:1,2)
