“The last days” of Satan’s entire world system of things. End of wicked man kind is near, and the meek shall inherit the earth. (2 Timothy 3:1-5, Psalms 37:11, Mathew 5:5) We are living in these “critical times hard to deal with” (Last Days) that began earth wide in the year 1914 C.E.

Knowing right where to take action, the installed Messianic King waged war against Satan the Devil and his demon angels. This war ended with the ouster of those wicked ones from the holy heavens. Now the victorious King holds them down to the neighborhood of our earth. Just as soon as the “short period of time” for their restraint here is up, the Messianic King will chain them and imprison them in an abyss away from the vicinity of our earth.—Revelation 12:7-13; 20:1-3.

At that time was Christ’s presence, or parousia, he was unseen by human eyes.

Revelation 1:7, which indicates that even unbelievers would “see him”? That scripture states: “Look! He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, and those who pierced him; and all the tribes of the earth will beat themselves in grief because of him.” Is that to be taken literally?

The fact that Christ’s presence is associated with the figurative use of clouds in various texts helps us to understand that his presence has to be invisible, since clouds do not aid visibility, as any airplane pilot or air-traffic controller well knows.

If Christ rides with the literal clouds, how can every eye see him?

A “sign” of his presence and as “a beginning of sorrows” for mankind! (Matthew 24:8, Authorized Version)

Jesus now reigns gloriously in the established kingdom of the heavens. (Matthew 24:3, 14, 45-47; 25:31-33; Revelation 19:10) Having faith, we can appreciate also how the Kingdom will “come” for the salvation of all who love and practice righteousness. How will that be?

As God’s appointed king over mankind Jesus Christ will live up to this prophecy concerning his reign at the Appointed TIME, which reads: “He will deliver the poor one crying for help, also the afflicted one and whoever has no helper. He will feel sorry for the lowly one and the poor one, and the souls of the poor ones he will save.” (Ps. 72:12-14, 16)

I think we are. I was in the department stores today shopping for some shirts for my son and I was amazed -- all the t- shirts were all about skulls and bones and stuff -- Pope John Paul II had it right on when he called this the culture of death -- they even advertise it on their clothing. I believe the game will be over soon.
