In your own opinion, which religion provides the best system by which to live that allows freedom & equality?
I will not accept Christianity (God hates homosexuality)
or Islam (women are second-class to men)

I mean no offence to any particular religion.

It violates the the 1st & 2nd Laws of thermodynamics, Biogenesis and cause and effect

Evolutionist scientists are also aware of this fact. J. H. Rush states:

In the complex course of its evolution, life exhibits a remarkable contrast to the tendency expressed in the Second Law of Thermodynamics. Where the Second Law expresses an irreversible progression toward increased entropy and disorder, life evolves continually higher levels of order.365

The evolutionist author Roger Lewin expresses the thermodynamic impasse of evolution in an article in Science:

One problem biologists have faced is the apparent contradiction by evolution of the second law of thermodynamics. Systems should decay through time, giving less, not more, order.366

David Pilbeam, a Harvard University paleoanthropologist, says:

If you brought in a smart scientist from another discipline and showed him the meagre evidence we've got he'd surely say, "forget it; there isn't enough to go on."181

I mean I work for a local govt entity in which we celebrate Kwanzaa, Hannakuh, and Christmas, and we also put up decorations for those holidays as well, but if you do not believe in Christmas per se, how come you celebrate by going crazy and buying gifts and putting up a tree and lights, etc. And I am not talking about those other religions, I am referring to someone who does not know about the holiday(s) and celebrates it anyways. Simply curious.

Also, at work, instead of a Christmas party, we are having a Luao so as not to offend the other (5) people in the office who are agnostic (out of 100 or so). I guess minority rules these days.

I am anti-war because in the big picture of things, God could end the world because of the horrible way it is now. Not only the war but so many other atroseries as well. Since I believe we are in the middle of an Apocolispe, I see the war as wrong. I don't think we can think so far in the future that we will help Iraq since the world is ending as we know it. I do however think if you have a cause to fight for you should, you should fight. It doesn't matter if you win because at least you will go out fighting. I see both sides of the spectrum. The war we are in always has religion thrown into the picture which is why I am asking this question. Your thoughts?

Cobb County, which tried to put a sticker on biology books discouraging students from accepting science, has settled:

No stickers on textbooks. What will be the fallout of this? Will Creationists just go home, or will there more fighting?

Which is a reasonable "formula" to account for life to exist?

A big Bang + Dirt + time = living creatures.
OR

A maker who manipulated this formula: INPUT + PROCESS = OUPUT which are the living creations, The inputs being the ingredients of life (protein, etc) the process being his creative power, and the Outputs being the living beings.

When I think of Evolution I'm reminded of Peter pan and winnie the pooh. Its something you would figure of fantasy thinking.

How can adults actually believe in Evolution???

There is absolutely to evidence to Evolution and yet it is taught in schools as facts?

Major scientists are finally realizing that Evolution is false. Darwinian evolution is crumbling right in front of our eyes. Why are we still teaching this to our children in school?

I know many believe this is not a possibility because of the way some interpret scripture. Some believe there are prophets today in their church as well but if there came a charasmatic (type of person not sect) man who had God's blessing what would he say to us the body of Christ.

not interested in doom saying jim jones etc. I mean the real thing.

What would he say b4 our Gov. had him assanated.
