There is no record of Jesus ever having used the name of God the father or his earthly father Josephs' name recklessly, dis-respectfully or otherwise in Vain.
On the cross he asked, though with respect, Eli Eli Lama Sabacthani? or something on the order of "Father, father why have you forsaken me?". We're not absolute on the transliteration, but that is a widely accepted one.
Hope that helps you!

Of course He did not. Jesus is the ultimate definition of Holy ! He is God ! He refered to HIm as Father most times. You should realize you have a need for Him in your life simply because you ask such a question. God Bless You.

Jesus would, could, nor ever came close - Your question just shows that you do not understand who Christ is and what He is - God!
