Hinduism IS monotheistic. We believe in one God. We believe that God is capable of taking many forms and names.

The Rig Veda, the most ancient Hindu Scripture, says "Truth is One, but the Sages call it by many names." There is more than one way of describing God, because "He" embraces all.

OutwardlyCombustible is right: Hinduism really is monotheistic. All the gods are aspects of the One. It is like light refracted through a prism--the many colors are all part of the original.

Yas! see i knew i could distinguish between reality and imagination. Wait till i tell my therapist!

Get it through your turbin... God...three in person, one in essense. There is only one God (it sure ain't that Allah fool). You'll be disappointed more when you read Genesis, as God creates man, "...let US create man in OUR image." Elohim, infidel!

you are wrong to criticize something you do not understand....just because you do not understand it, does not mean it is not true

Christians abide by the teachings of Jesus, who you claim to respect, but do not believe...
