Yes! Oh my GAWD, so many people believe this and it drive me around the bend. People think that just because they say they believe that all is well, and they are going to heaven etc etc blah blah. This issue really gets me.

A large portion of people only believe because they think
they will get out of Tribulation. But Jesus said that
they will be beheaded!
They all talk about everyone turning to God today.
Yeah, because they're scared. The Word says there will
be a "falling away" first.
"Be faithful unto death. And you will recieve the Crown of Life!"

I believe that this whole "God will punish" you thing is a bit worn out, God has never demonstrably punished anyone for anything. I reject your premise... Your God doesn't exist until you prove it exists.. Ergo it cannot possibly put me on trial for anything...
And before someone calls me a God mocker, I am not mocking the mythological figure you insist exists, I am mocking those who insist I believe it exists without showing any evidence of it's existence.
Extra-ordinary Claims requires extraordinary proof... I have seen none to date...

Yeah, we have a whole book that told us we would be tried and that we would be like sheep among wolves. Didn't you know this already in your infinite knowledge of all religions? Most of us don't care, might get our feelers hurt sometimes but we get over real quick. God Bless
