In your own opinion, which religion provides the best system by which to live that allows freedom & equality?
I will not accept Christianity (God hates homosexuality)
or Islam (women are second-class to men)
I mean no offence to any particular religion.

What is the most favourable religion? "None" because religion is traditional, man-made concepts of who God is and not the truth.
Religion is a false beliefs and teachings regarding God and His relationship with mankind; appears as truth, but is the broad way which leads unto destruction. In short, Fear, guilt and condemnation form the walls of the religious prison created by men.
FYI, Christianity is not a religion. Christianity is Jesus Christ.

OK its The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints
Here are my reasons
We believe you teach people correct principals and let them govern themselves
Utah one of the first states to have get women the vote.
Women were educated probably more than men because Brigham Young believed women would more share there knolwage than men.
Women teach and preach Men teach and preach
Women run the women's organizations
Men run the priesthood organization
Children are talk to speak in public at age 3 teaching them greater self confidence to prepare for life
All votes counts in the church of baptized members age 8 and above.
We have an entire welfare system separate from the government
We are the best prepared when it comes to any emergency world wide. We were there before the Red Cross when Katrina happened.
We give aide to the world and gave the largest amount though Catholic Charities to aid to Africa.
We have our own social services which includes mental health as well as adoptions unwed-mothers and getting employment
We help all those who need help with employment no matter there religion.
There are many more things I could write these are just a few that attracted me when I was searching.
I know you said you will not accept Christianity But I wanted you to know just how favorable my church much different than others.
Jesus say love the sinner just hate the sin.

It is the religion that God sent us thought Moises, Jesus, Mohamed. Jews and Christians changed their book and laws that why Christians allow homosexuality now and other things. In Islam the book Koran did never change and it is the perfect way to live that God gave us. Women are not second class to men. In Islam they are respected. Do not see Islam as u see Muslims. Islam is the perfect religion.

I have always thought Hinduism was the most open and accepting religion. Ex: you can believe in one God or many Gods. They seem to include other religions rather then denounce them. To be honest I havent exactly researched this....but it is just my opinion after all.
PS My opinion also is that ANY religion can and WILL be used for evil (some more than others)...to me...the best religion is belief in yourself.
Even Hindus have blood on their hands from the past. Look up where the word "thug" comes from you will know what im talking about.
No God can do anything for you that you do not have the power to do yourself. -me

None of the major religions offer perfect freedom and equality. That's why I went my own way and have my own beliefs. At a guess I might say Taoism (in its purest, philosophical form), but I'm sure it can be twisted, like all religions, by a mind with an agenda.

ISLAM because it is the "one true" religion.
Yr comment on christianity is interesting (god hates homosexuals) because "all" priests,pastors,etc. r gay !
Yr comment about Islam is interesting also (women are second class to men) because as usual another person who know nothing about islam is making a comment taken straight from
the US of A holes veiw on islam.
Women are very important in islam & are valued equally as men.

Islam does not mean what you say.
Educate yourself and you will be able to answer your own question as to favorability.
Islam is a way of life rather than dogma.
Submission to the way things are
and use of one's thought processes to make improvements.

i'd still say islam cause if u study the history of early muslims, the right give to their women were more than the rights women recieved in europe

The most favorable one is the one that's true. But hey...sometimes people are okay with having the wrong answer since they prefer it to the correct one.
